No water in pool, poor communication, poor location.
This property is called Urban Elegance View Suite Pool. It should have been called Suburban View with No Pool as the pool had no water in it for the entirety of the time we were there, and it is not very centrally located (despite what other reviews say). We were not notified of this issue regarding the pool prior to our arrival, nor were we offered any refund when we informed Sleepaways of this. The Pool was important to us as we are a family and because the apartment is not close to the beach. We feel that it is up to Sleepaways to make sure the service being provided is consistent with what was advertised, but they refused to take any responsibility, Very very poor and disappointing. Check-in: It was once the case where the host would meet you at the apartment or there would at least be an easy way to find the key. Sleepaway’s use of multiple online tools made for a very cumbersome check in process. After navigating several websites, we were able to access the front gate but then had trouble accessing the apartment. Sleepaway staff member was generally rude. The apartment was generally clean, and the view is nice (however, the pillows on the bed are appalling). The location is not convenient - it is up in hills about 20 mins walk from the old town.

No pool as me tuinen on booking
We were disappointed to find that there was no water in the pool, even though this was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation. Additionally, there was an automatic door that kept unlocking by itself, which made us feel uneasy, as anyone could enter without permission—even at night. This was quite a strange experience. The location is very far from everything, but luckily, we enjoy walking, and the weather was good. That being said, the view was absolutely phenomenal, which was definitely a highlight of our stay.

A successful holiday :)
The view from the window. Beautiful. The apartment is new and clean. The owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful and gave us a gift for which we are very grateful.
