Sleepaways, the agency are excellent. But as much as I loved the views, the flat itself & the area, unfortunately the bathroom smells needs sorting out. This and the very bad Dbl glazing Patio made the motorway sound at 6am unbearable. If you can use ear plugs or heavy sleeper, don't mind air freshners then this flat is great, but if you ain't then....maybe not right for you.

The view is impressive. Everything else is not really worth the price. The host is extremely unresponsitive if it matters something which is not part of their standard communication. ID details required without clear instructions on GDPR policy and forced to upload pictures of both guests. Extremely bad smell in the kitchen. Fridge is broken but fine for short stay. No air condition and this could be quite challanging in the hot days.

Buen alojamiento y pueblito tranquilo
Positive: Todo bien. Un apartamento bastante bonito con unas vistas espectaculares. Está a unos 10 minutos en coche a Santa Cruz. Había aparcamiento justo al lado. Cerca hay un par de supermercados y restaurantes. Negative: Todo estuvo bien.

Heerlijk appartement.
Fijne appartement met geweldig zeezicht en een enorm balkon. Om die zee te bereiken moet je wel 100 meter overbruggen, maar dan kom je bij een heerlijk openbare natural pool. Fijn ingericht, maar geen airco en geen lift.

not a pleasant stay
The apartment has a nice view but that's all. Unfortunately is located next to the highway so all day and night you will hear cars (even with windows closed), we couldn't sleep any of the nights we stayed there. There is no A/C or Ventilator so the apartment gets really warm, the furniture is pretty old and the bed is small for 2 adults (around 135x190cm). We decided to leave earlier than planned and didn't get any type of partial reimbursement. Never again.

Jemand hat sich mit Schlüssel Zugang zu dem Appartment verschafft als wir unterwegs waren. Meiden !!
Positive: Die Aussicht war schön, das war alles. Negative: Die Agentur, welche diese Wohnung vermietet über Booking war absolut schrecklich. Laut Booking sollte es eine Schlüsselübergabe an der Unterkunft geben, kurz vor unserem Eintreffen wurde ich per Whatsapp von einer unbekannten Nummer kontaktiert, welche teilweise unsere Reisedaten für die Unterkunft hatte aber auch Nachfragen hatte über zB Personenzahl, welche allerdings alle bei Booking angegeben waren. Die Person hat sich außerdem nicht vorgestellt und hatte ein unverschämtes Auftreten. Wir hielten diese Nummer also für sehr zwielichtig und haben uns an den Informationen zurückgehalten, dann wurden wir aufgefordert auf eine spanische Seite zu gehen und unsere persönlichen Daten einzutragen, sonst erhielten wir keinen Zutritt zum Appartment. Da laut Booking aber jemand vor Ort sein sollte, dem wir auch unsere Passdaten geben könnten, verweigerten wir diese Methode. Es war schlussendlich niemand vor Ort und es wollte auch keiner kommen, trotz der zusicherung auf Booking. Wir waren mit unserer 10 Monate alten Tochter unterwegs und auch am Telefon hat sich die Unterkunft geweigert uns Einlass zu gewähren, zumindest war ab dem Zeitpunkt klar, dass diese Nummer tatsächlich zu der Agentur gehört die diese verwaltet. Unserer Tochter ging es leider nicht gut, da es auch recht heiß war und keine Schattenplätze in der Nähe verfügbar waren, man gewährte uns dennoch kein Einlass mit Verweis darauf, dass man diese daten benötige. Wir wurden unglaublich unter Druck gesetzt Daten preiszugeben über Telefon, damit wir unsere Tochter endlich in Schatten bringen konnten. Wir haben im Nachgang gelesen, dass die Unterkunft diese daten zwar benötigt, allerdings reicht es innerhalb von 24 std und es bleibt aufgabe der Unterkunft diese einzuholen nicht des gastes diese zu bringen. Denn auch im nachgang ist dieses Thema noch nicht abgeschlossen, denn offenbar wurden die am Telefon erfragten daten nicht eingetragen oder nicht richtig, so wurden wir mit mails Anrufen und Whatsapp belästigt.

Positive: Pros: vistas, muy atentos a nuestras solicitudes, toallas y ropa de cama lista y lavadora disponible con detergente. Negative: Todos estos contras han sido comentados al alojamiento para su cambios: - La interruptor del baño se desmonta. - Hay un par de sillas blancas que al apoyarte se notan que estan rotas. - El congelador de la nevera no cierra la puerta. - El suelo tiene manchas que parece que esté sucio. - Apenas utensilios de cocina (que solucionaron con mucha rapidez) - La lampara negra del dormitorio, no funciona. - En la ducha, se salia el agua. - La llave de la puerta hay que forzarla para cerrar la puerta. - Las ventanas no tienen cierre. - mas cojines para los asientos (limpios) - el chill out le faltaban cogines y 1 silla (segun la foto de la publicación). - faltaba menaje para la cocina (nos lo ofrecieron al instante de la queja)

I booked this apartment at very short notice, and when I arrived I was DELIGHTED by the incredible view from the balcony! The place was as described and in a stunning location; the only thing I would fault is that the bed is not very comfortable, but this is a minor thing for a genuinely amazing apartment. Others have noted the traffic noise from the nearby motorway, I lowered the metal shutter and closed the balcony door and this wasn’t a problem. Great place, I would have stayed longer if it was available. Tabaiba is a great place to stay. It’s run by a company of some kind, so they are responsive and efficient but lack that local touch.

Positive: The views are amazing and it is spacious Negative: The TV didn’t work. The photos didn’t correspond to the flat although it was still good. The terrace was narrower than the one shown in the photos and the chairs were a bit uncomfortable if seating for a long time. The bathroom smelt bad when we arrived. Like sewage. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Der Check In ist etwas verwirrend wegen der zwei Schlüsselboxen vor der Wohnung. Deshalb gab es auch ein paar Unklarheiten beim Checkout. Das sollte angepasst werden. Die Wohnung entsprach grundsätzlich den Angaben aus der Anzeige. Allerdings ist die Wohnung inzwischen etwas abgewohnt bzw. abgenutzt. So hat zum Beispiel das Wasserrohr der Dusche ein großes Loch, sodass der Wasserdruck sehr gering ist, und die Stühle in der Wohnung sind teilweise defekt. Zudem fehlten die abgebildeten Balkonmöbel. Die Kochutensilien waren klebrig und nicht ganz sauber. Durch die erhöhte Lage ist der Ausblick zwar traumhaft, aber die Nähe zur Autobahn erzeugt viel Lärm. Ebenso sollte beachtet werden, dass der Fußweg zum Strand/Hafen 30min beträgt und durchaus steil ist.

Estuvimos el fin de semana en pareja, el apartamento tiene unas vistas increibles sobra decir que para moverse es necesario alquilar coche, cerca del apartamento hay donde aparcar facilmente, el alojamiento se encuentra a 15 minutos del aeropuero de Tenerife Norte, El centro comercial Añaza esta cerca para realizar algo de compra, el apartamento cumple con lo anunciado a lo mejor haria falta algo mas de menaje en la cocina y un secador de pelo, por lo demas es perfecto.

No me gustó nada. Un tercer piso sin ascensor. Complicado para subí el equipaje. Y si tienes unos pocos años más difisilisimo. El personal, ni apareció ni se esperaba. Tuve problemas con la ropa de cama. Solo pusieron la sabana bajera, solicité las de arriba y me dijeron que como era verano y hacía calor no creían que eran necesarios, pero si pusieron edredones. El apartamento era para tres y nos llevamos un rato viendo como se abría el sofá. Sabían que llegábamos tarde, y nos tuvimos que llevar un rato buscando la ropa de cama, casi inexistente. Los utensilios ninguno, cafetera sin café, azúcar, los pocos sobres wue habia, de cafetería que habían dejado algún inquilino, papel higiénico, dos rollos pequeños para una semana y tres adultos, la televisión no se podía ver, la del dormitorio estaba de adorno, y la del salón no se podía ver ninguna cadena, solo Netflix, menos mal, gel del baño un bote grande medio vacío, el mobiliario deteriorado, en fin si sigo la lista os vais a aburrir leyendo. No os aconsejo ir. Además el acceso es complicado y aparcar el coche aun más. El pueblo, por llamarlo pueblo, regular, lo único bueno eran las vistas desde la terraza. Pero no es un pueblo para ir a veranear, está muy lejos de todo, tienes que estar saliendo con el coche continuamente para ir a otros sitios donde haya playas o algo parecido.

El apartamento cumple con lo necesario (con algunas mejoras) para tener un lugar donde descansar y pasar la noche. No dispone de servicios cercanos, no hay tiendas ya que es zona residencial. Para llegar a la playa o avenida será necesario coger el coche. Es un tercer piso sin ascensor, así que recomiendo ir ligeros ya que se puede hacer pesada la subida.

El apartamento esta en muy buena zona, con unas vistas espectaculares. Pero el último día de estancia intentaron robar a uno de los coches del aparcamiento, rompiendo la ventanilla, y por lo visto no era la primera vez, osea que no recomiendo dejar el coche en los aparcamientos de al lado. El baño olía un poquito a humedad, pero nada que una buena ventilación no pueda arreglar. Y un dato importante es que es un tercero sin ascensor… que nos llevamos una sorpresa cuando llegamos. Por todo lo demás, zona genial, bien ubicado, y el anfitrión responde rápido a las dudas que te puedan surgir. Repetiríamos la estancia sin dudarlo!

La estancia genial! Muy bien ubicada y unas vistas espectaculares. El baño olía un poquito a humedad y es el único contra que le saco, que habia que tener la puerta cerrada porque si no entraba el olor en el resto de la casa. Pero aun así, le doy un 10! Si algún dia vuelvo a tenerife y esta disponible volveré a reservar.

Cetla jsem ostatni hodnoceni a nedalo mi to se presvedcit sama , ubytovani jsem rezervovala jen diky krasnemu vyhledu, ktery byl opravdu krasny, myslim ze jedna noc by stacila :) Cena/pomer si myslim, ze nic moc Opravdu byla velka skvrna pres sprchovy kout, flekata podlaha, smrad v koupelne, panve potrebuji okamzitou vymenu - hned se na nich vse pripalovalo, ostatni nadobi bylo vporadku. Chybelo nejake nadobi do trouby, chybela mi konvice na kavu Loznice byla vporadku, super tvrdsi matrace (zadne mekke) a clovek se opravdu vyspi, my meli vsude ticho v okoli , za to jsme radi V koupelne rucniky,toaletni papir , vse - to bylo vporadku V okoli nejde co delat , jedna prochazka k mori ruznymi klikatymi cestami -cca 25min strmym kopcem, maly supermarket cca 10min pesky. Bylo to moderni, ale neutulne- oproti ubytovani na jihu jsme se necitili jako doma. Jedine opravdu ten vyhled, uz bychom se znovu nevratili :)

Prospěla by změna, samotný byt je krásný,ale špinavý sprchový kout (zápach z koupelny), flekatá podlaha v obýváku, ložnicd byla vpořádku. Bylo by fajn to tam udělat více domácky (koberec,dekorace)... Pánvičky jsou na okamžitou výměnu,ty jsou hrozné, chybí mi nádobí do trouby, konvice - ostatní nádobí bylo vpořádku. Výhled opravdu krásný, byt celkově pěkný :)

Vorab Information und Kommunikation gut. Wir haben relativ kurzfristig um Zubuchung eines weiteren Tages gebeten, dies ging ohne Probleme! Wir wurden aufgefordert ein Formular mit Kontaktdaten von uns auszufüllen und ein Bild von uns beizufügen um einchecken zu können. Bis heute unklar wofür dies benötigt wurde und was mit diesen Daten passiert. Check-in problemlos möglich. Parken in der Umgebung gut möglich. Hin und wieder muss man etwas suchen aber meistens findet man etwas (Straße bergauf Richtung Apartment, vor dem Apartment bzw. wenn man dem Gässchen das direkt am Apartment vorbeiführt folgt gelangt man zu einem Parkplatz). Apartment von der Sauberkeit in Ordnung jedoch etwas schmuddelig. Dusche am Boden nicht ganz sauber, Brause etwas undicht, ansonsten ganz ok. Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Check out problemlos.

The bathroom looked dirty and there were stains on the shower floor, There were stains all over the living room floor as well, Yes, it has been renovated, but not everything, they kinda tried to do something cozy by hanging things on the walls but it felt unfinished, Also, not sound proof, you'll hear the neighbour. The bedding looked old and overused, The kitchen felt empty, with lots of mismatched cookware, We were told we had to buy our own coffee to use the machine that was there...I mean it's ok ! I understand.. but to call your place "cozy and luxurious", providing a coffee machine (Nespresso) and not providing any coffee is kind of a miss shot for us, it's not that hard to do, and is highly appreciated when it's included. Overall, it was OK, nothing close to what we expected but we slept well, thats what we needed.

Le point faible du logement a été pour nous le bruit, les murs semblent très fin et nous pouvions entendre les voisins. El apartamento nos resultó bastante decepcionante. Las fotos prometían un lugar muy cuidado y la realidad es que desde que entras por la puerta del edificio ves que no es así. Le falta mantenimiento (grifo de ducha que pierde, plato de ducha que deja salir agua hacia afuera mojando el suelo del baño...paredes rascadas y o con manchas, necesita una pintura como el comer, escaso papel higiénico, alguna de las toallas parecía húmeda). El menaje de la cocina es irrisorio, con utensilios que claramente piden un reemplazo (sartenes y potas que dan pena). La ropa de cama bastante cutre también. La tele no iba bien, cosa que no nos importó porque no viajamos para verla, pero sería un detalle que funcionase bien.En general la impresión que tuvimos del piso es de dejaded...una pena porque las vistas desde el balcón sí son impresionantes, tiene mucho potencial pero necesita más cuidado. A menudo los pequeños detalles marcan la diferencia y aquí se ve poco detalle en el mantenimiento, una lástima

Mon compagnon et moi avons séjourné dans ce bel appartement et nous avons été conquis ! Les photos sur le site sont très représentatives de la réalité et la vue est juste splendide ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié prendre l'appéritif sur la terrasse le soir, qui est bien aménagée. Tout était propre lors de notre arrivée et il y a même un sèche-cheveux et un fer à repasser qui ne sont pas mentionnés dans la description. Nous avions un petit supermarché à 15 minutes de l'appartement. Attention il y a beaucoup de côtes à monter et descendre dans le quartier mais le résultat en vaut le coup. Pour aller à Santa Cruz, nous mettions 15 minutes en bus. Un grand merci à Javier qui était toujours très réactif quand nous avions une question. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass es wirklich sehr ruhig ist, dadurch weniger Touristen (was wir gut fanden), aber auch keine große Auswahl an Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem ist es am Berg gelegen sozusagen, also wer ein Problem mit Steigung hat, ist hier falsch. Der Gastgeber ist übrigens Sleepaways, d. h. über dieses Unternehmen erfolgt auch die Kommunikation soweit wir das beurteilen können. Wir hatten allerdings keine Probleme und können dementsprechend wenig darüber sagen, wie einfach oder schwer die Kommunikation in so einem Fall wäre. Grundsätzlich kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen.

The apartment was fine, but not as nice as we were expecting from the photos. It's also close to the main motorway, which you can see on the map, so the views aren't quite as nice as the photos make out. More importantly, this means you can hear the sound of the road (and other outside noises) throughout the night, as we had to keep the windows open (as there is no air conditioning as stated in the listing). It would be good if there was a simple fan, seeing as there is no air conditioning. It would also be helpful if the cleaning team kept the curtains closed before guests arrive to stop the flat getting too hot, as it was when we arrived. The flat isn't well equipped for doing much cooking. For example, there were no baking/oven trays for the oven, the frying pans were quite small and the chopping board was tiny. So if you're planning on eating in most evenings, this isn't the best place for you! The lock on the door to the balcony didn't work, which doesn't make you feel that safe. Overall the apartment is fine for the price, but it's not particularly cosy or peaceful.

Positive: Appartement calme et silencieux lorsque la fenêtre est fermé (on n’entend pas l’autoroute contrairement lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte) Présence de parking gratuit contrairement aux commentaires, nous avions de la place pour nous garer durant les 7 jours. Bien situé puisque l’autoroute est à côté il faut à peu près 45min en voiture pour aller dans le sud et environ 10-15min en voiture pour aller au Lidl le plus proche. Présence d’aspirateur, lave linge, étendoir et fer à repasser. Présence de Netflix et internet c’est un vrai plus. Le balcon offrant une belle vue. Negative: C’est dommage qu’il y est l’autoroute à côté, la nuit c’est un peu compliqué de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. L’odeur dans l’appartement fermé n’était pas très agréable durant notre séjour mais ce problème peut être résolu avec une légère aération tous les jours.

Además, el hecho de estar al lado de la autovía también nos gustó pues facilita la movilidad y a nosotros no nos molesta el ruido, porque estamos acostumbrados a vivir cerca de una autovía. Negative: Lo único malo fue que, uno de los requisitos que buscábamos era que hubiera buen aparcamiento en la zona, y así lo indicamos en el filtro de búsqueda y, aunque hay zonas de aparcamiento, nos resultó difícil hacerlo, porque estaba siempre lleno ( incluso en zonas pintadas de amarillo). Everything in the apartment was newly renovated and looked exactly like the posted pictures. This is cheap accommodation and therefore do not expect the usual facilities, such as air conditioning system. The apartment was clean but very hot. Lovely view though. Check-in was a pain for me because I did not complete the form earlier, due to travel, in combination with the fact that they request a copy of your passport and a selfie to be uploaded! if you do not have a scanned copy, you will be in trouble! If you do not have a computer next to you, you would find it difficult to complete the form in a rush. Therefore do that very early before you travel.

Estancia por trabajo pero mereció la pena
Nuestro alquiler fue por 4 noches por trabajo, la cercanía fue perfecta y tanto la tranquilidad y comodidad del alojamiento también. Al ser por trabajo las noches fueron las justas pero alquilar por vacaciones también estaría fenomenal ya que el alojamiento cuenta con comodidades y es muy tranquila la zona. No descartamos volver a alquilarlo, solo espero que esté libre cuando lo necesite. Gracias por todas las atenciones desde el inicio del alquiler hasta el final que estuvieron pendientes en todo momento.
