HORROROSA
Positive: Nada destacable Negative: La habitación únicamente tenía ventilación hacia la cocina que estaba siempre sucia con platos y ollas con comida por medio, además, el cubo de la basura siempre estaba lleno (adjunto pruebas de uno de los días). Además, al ser un sótano y una isla, también huele mucho a humedad (combinación muy desagradable). Por otro lado, compartes un único baño con 8 personas con todo lo que ello conlleva si no lo limpian…. Después de 4 días allí, únicamente limpiaron 1 día. Por ello, decidimos cambiar de alojamiento. Era insalubre estar allí. También es importante destacar que se encuentra ubicado en un barrio marginal, casi abandonado. Y muy muy cerca hay una barriada bastante insegura.

NO VALE LA PENA POR EL PRECIO
Positive: lo unico para destacar la ubicacion Negative: Para empezar, nada más llegar es un problema para entrar al apartamento. Solo comunicación via WhatsApp y responden cuando quieren. No hay un control de quien entra en el apartamento, mucho ruido para dormir y te depierta gente borracha en mitad de la noche. NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE en el baño, nula limpieza, la alfombra del baño inundada de agua, todo asqueroso. Wifi pésimo. Olor en la habitación a humedad, sin ventilacion ya que las dos unicas ventanas pequeñas que habian era hacia el pasillo del apartamento, entre el olor y el ruido no se que es peor.. Solo dos enchufes en toda la habitación. Mucho rollo para la gestión de las llaves. a las 10:30 de la mañana llega un señor para "limpiar" con música a todo volumen.

Zimmer 3 zeigt in den Fotos zwei Fenster. Diese gehen jedoch nicht nach außen, sondern in den Gemeinschaftsraum. Vom Gemeinschaftsruam gibt es weitere Fenster, auch die gehen aber nicht nach außen, sondern in einen engen überdachten Hof ohne erkennbare Frischluftzufuhr. Einzige Frischluft die man bei offenen Türen merken kann, ist die aus anderen Zimmern in den Gemeinschaftsraum und dann erst in den eigenen Raum. Das geht so überhaupt nicht. Ich bin nicht anspruchsvoll was Luxus angeht, aber frei atmen können ist ein Muss und hier müffelte es. Tageslicht habe ich ja nicht erwartet, aber wenigstens Frischluft. Ich ging also noch am Abend ohne eine Nacht dort zu schlafen und habe versucht, alles zu reklamieren. Leider 0 Kooperation, auch AirBNB hat sich auf die Seite der Vermieterin gestellt, da nun Rechtsstreit. Vom Look her alles wie auf den Bildern, Feel aber minus 10 Punkte. Wäre das kommuniziert worden hätte ich dieses Zimmer nie gebucht. Das ist irreführende Bewerbung.

Fantastic accommodation for the price!
As for the price it’s fantastic accommodation in great location. Flat is high standard, maintained clean and fresh. The rooms are decent size, clean and comfortable. Lack of the window or the fan can be a problem in hot weather especially if you have asthma, but that’s subjective. There’s a parking space in front and easy access to the main attractions. Surely will be back in the future!

С хозяевами вообще не контактировал. Сначала не очень удобная онлайн регистрация, потом нужно скачать приложение для управления дистанционными замками. По итогу все работает довольно удобно, главное не захлопнуть дверь с телефоном внутри. Иногда сами замки работают нестабильно, но критичных проблем не было. Интернет работает не стабильно, но когда работает - работает быстро. Ванная, туалет, кухня - на 4 комнаты. Уборка во время проживания за отдельную плату. Кухня нормальная, есть посуда для приготовления, но нет масла, сахара, специй. Холодильник в комнате свой, маленький с плохой морозилкой, но с основной функцией справляется. Расположение неплохое, тихое место. От автовокзала 20 минут пешком, но с подъемами. Из неприятного - у меня холодильник плохо пах. Его просто поменяли с другой комнатой, стало лучше, но и этот был с небольшим неприятным запахом. Само жилье очень простое, мне попалась комната без окон. Но тут как повезет. Для одного путешественника на неделю - нормально

Pessimo. Abbiamo cambiato struttura dopo 4 giorni.
Positive: Prima impressione carina, comunque struttura ristrutturata a livello di estetica. Parcheggio comodo avendo noleggiato la macchina per il soggiorno. Negative: Camera davvero piccola e senza finestra. L’unica finestra ridava sul corridoio/salotto, quindi era da lasciare aperta sennò morivamo di caldo. Prima sera sposto la valigia appena rientrati dopo cena, ho trovato uno scarafaggio grande come un’albicocca, non scherzo. La terza notte altri due ragazzi che soggiornavano li, probabilmente del posto, sono rientrati alle 4 urlando, litigando e picchiandosi, ovviamente sentivamo tutto avendo la finestra proprio sul soggiorno/ingresso, io e la mia ragazza pietrificati nel letto. Quarta notte, venerdì, tornati da una serata a las palmas in disco (la struttura ha un aggeggio bluetooth dietro le serrature delle porte che in teoria, ma molto in teoria dovrebbe aprirsi, chiudersi ecc ecc in automatico, toccando solo un pulsante e al portone principale la stessa cosa ma inserendo un codice) inseriamo il codice e la porta non si apriva, le batterie dell’ aggeggio erano scariche, la porta bloccata, siamo rimasti chiusi fuori dalle 5 fino alle 9:30 del mattino in macchina, mentre pioveva. Abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura e tutti i numeri che avevamo durante la notte, nessuno ci ha degnato di risposta. La mattina appena svegli abbiamo prenotato un’altra camera e abbiamo cambiato struttura per i 3 giorni restanti.

Positive: ⛔️BEWARE⛔️ BEFORE ⛔️BOOKING⛔️ Don’t pay before you know exactly where and what you’re paying for … the pictures on the presentation are a bit shady and confusing/some rooms THEY HAVE A FRAME PICTURE OF A WINDOW instead of real ones Negative: some of the rooms THEY DONT HAVE REAL WINDOWS (if you’re claustrophobic or breathing issues)they won’t tell you or specify that,if you phone them YOU MUST SPEAK SPANISH otherwise they will hang up the phone on you the moment they hear you speak English (I didn’t believe it at first when ive heard so I’ve had to see it for myself) absolutely rude owners /paid for 2 weeks only been there 2-3 nights the rest been sleeping at different accommodations in the city or Teneguya hotel in playa del ingles ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED please check it out /fabulous holiday conditions.otherwise there’s no welcome person to get you in the property,they work with WiFi locking door codes and if you ask for an individual code for a door they explain it to you like you’re stupid and comin from the cave or some wild continents and you’ve never heard about it ,so yeah I’ve made a mistake booking and paying for a room with no window basically a bed /wardrobe/small fridge freezer/and a mini tv on the wall that isn’t even straight 🙈 so yeah watch out folks this property don’t pay before you know what you’re getting into

Era una habitación interior sin ninguna ventana al exterior: habitación pequeña y claustrofóbica. El colchón fue muy incómodo: 8 días durmiendo ahí y tengo yo com mi pareja tenemos la espalda destrozada: por favor, compren un nuevo colchón más cómodo y nuevo. El lugar está en un barrio algo conflictivo.
