I had a great stay and still rate it highly.
Positive: Lovely, modern and clean flat in great location. Negative: Few little nuisances but all sort of expected. Takes forever to get the warm water going. Also it’s quite noisy. You can really hear all neighbours so not ideal if you want to get some rest. I also felt it was more expensive than the average price in the area but I rented in high season so again no surprise there. I must have received about 20 messages and txt from renting company which I thought was excessive. And finally I was asked to pay €100 deposit upon arrival which is fine but it was less when refunded due to currency exchange.

Wenn man morgens wach wird und den Ozean sehen kann, kann man eigentlich nur schwärmen. Das Apartment war toll. Toller Wohnbereich, großer Balkon mit Sitzecke. Keine unnötigen Möbel. Tolles Bett und genug Stauraum für Kleidung. Waschmaschine befand sich hinter einer Tür, top! Das Bad sowie auch die Küche gingen nach hinten raus (auch mit Fenstern) Die Garage war Tiptop. Mit Lift ausgestattet. Toller Pool, der nie überfüllt war. Gegenüber Mercadano, in dem Supermarkt konnte man toll einkaufen. Zentral gelegen um tolle Tagestrips zu unternehmen. Der einzige nicht so tolle Aspekt war die Reinheit der Küche und der dortigen Utensilien. (Mussten leider nachputzen)

A perfect stay
Positive: Simply one of the best apartments we stayed in. Great location, walking distance to two supermarkets, far enough from the main street so that it was quiet, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, with a large balcony and absolutely stunning views. Part of an apartment complex with an adult and children’s pool. Our little girl absolutely loved the place! Nayra, the owner is a wonderful host who will attend to all your needs. Thank you, Nayra, we'll be back! Negative: No comment

Good and could be excellent with a few minor improvements
Positive: Quiet location with good view of the pool. Close to a good supermarket and an easy walk to the town centre etc. Fantastic view from balcony and nice shade in the morning. nice welcome bottle of wine and chocolates. Negative: instructions to gain access to the property and garage where not easy to understand in English which delayed our arrival and stress levels. the agency did help us understand which garage was the right one. ( please contact me if you would like me to help rewrite these). The water runs cold for a very long period of time before going warm as the heater is in the garage with a long pipe up to the property. Would have been nice to have at least one English Channel on the tv and the tv in the bedroom could not be used as the Ariel cable was broken , but this was not a major issue to us. Would have been nice to have a table to eat outside on and slightly more comfortable chairs on the balcony. Some Instructions on how to use the oven and microwave and a few recommendation on local restaurants , and where to put any rubbish would also have helped. Shower curtain was useless and kept falling down.

vi nød vores ophold i en lys, velindrettet lejlighed med en dejlig altan og fantastisk udsigt i rolige omgivelser. og med adgang til stor, indbydende swimmingpool. vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage. kommunikationen med Sleepaways kunne være tydeligere, og mindre bureaukratisk. kommunikationen med Nayra var god.

Positive: Гарна велика квартира з чудовим видом на море. Є басейн загального користування, є підземний паркінг включений у вартість (великий плюс), багато посуду і побутової техніки, приємний дизайн. Розташування дуже класне, на відстані 100м великий супермакет і ресторани. Зручне і великі ліжко. Швидкий Wi-Fi. Negative: Трошки важко було розібратись як заселитись, але в кінці кінців розібрався. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Apartment sehr genossen. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf Gomera und haben uns jeden Abend über den tollen Sonnenuntergang gefreut. Zu Fuß sind Hafen und Strand in 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen und es sind genügend Parkplätze sowie ein großer Supermarkt in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft in jedem Fall sehr empfehlen!

Positive: Die Wohnung bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf La Gomera und somit auch herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Zu unserer Reisezeit war es ruhig in der Anlage. Aufgrund der Lage ist man mit dem Auto sehr schnell in Richtung Norden als auch an der Küste vorort. Die Garage ist perfekt. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet - das Bett sehr bequem. Die Besitzer sind jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Fehlendes wurde sofort zur Verfügung gestellt. Negative: Kleiderhaken im Flur wären nützlich für Jacken

In practical terms; (i) very clean and tidy, (ii) great location - easy access to center of the town and a store next doors, (iii) a comfortable and well equipped appartment with all the facilities you need, (iv) access to a nice pool, (v) private parking and (vi) a great host (a complimentary white and red wines were very nice). Highly recommended!
