Dårlig klargjøring fra utleiers side.
Leilighet med bra plassering og stort potensiale, men...TV virket ikke. AC virket ikke. Takvifter på soverom og stue/kjøkken virket ikke. Safe virket ikke. Dusjhåndkler fantes ikke. Toalett lekker vann. Elendig rengjøring før ankomst. Vi måtte sope hele leilighet ved ankomst på grunn av hundrevis av "buggs" (insekter, edderkopper, kakerlakker e.t.c) .Spindelvev i alle kroker,...rett og slett dårlig rengjøring før vår ankomst. Mye støy fra naboleilighet som ble brukt som lager for nærliggende restauranger.

Do not read the bad reviews (no privacy etc.) if you are looking for a relaxed vacation and good-feel holiday, surrounded with people, bars and restaurants🌸🌸 this appartment is great !

So very disappointing
We stayed in this location last year and had an amazing experience which is why we wanted to go back. However this apartment is the only one that I could get. We have already booked our holiday in the same location for next year but NOT to this apartment.

Positive: Location. But we knew the area so really wanted to stay. But very disappointed with the property Negative: Very small and dark. Had to have the lights on at all times on a sunny day.

We visited Puerto de Mogan years ago, so nothing about the location here. The flat was not that great: -always an unpleasant odour - Air conditioning did not work (it was 30°C outside) - Safe did not work -the boiler in the kitchen leaked. We put a cut off water bottle underneath so the kitchen worktop didn't flood. -The shower rail in the bathroom was loose -The drain in the shower was almost blocked -the toilet was leaking water if you didn't flush carefully We didn't report the issues as someone mentioned to another agency in February that the battery in the clock was missing. We replaced it. Since the battery had not been replaced in 8 months, we did not expect that the air conditioning, would be repaired quickly and therefore did not report it.

i booked a very last minute short solo weekend break by the beach on mogán. it's all the doorstep of this apartment: restaurants, beach, harbour, shops - an ideal location. there are pedestrians walking and talking daytime outside but at nite it was quiet enough. on my 2nd day of 5 i watched a movie on the couch and for the remainder of the holiday i was scratching & had little bites all over so perhaps the couch & cushions need attention. overall i enjoyed my stay in the apartment & had a relaxing time in puerto de mogán

Location, location, location
The apartment in Lomo Quibre is located at, in our view, one of the prettiest parts of the Canary Islands. Restaurants, shops, bars, beach and harbor are all within walking distance. The picturesque houses and streets with its bougainvillea are wonderful. Entertainment like excursions are plentiful. Lots of different styles of restaurants at decent prices. If you rent a car places like Maspalomas (Playa del Inglés, Boulevard El Faro with shops and restaurants) and Puerto Rico are a less then 30 minutes ride.

Schönes kleines Apartment inmitten der schönen bunten Hafenfront von Puerto Mogan. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist echt super. Austattung war in Ordnung, wir haben nichts vermisst. (Sehr) kleines Minus: kein W-LAN und die Wohnung befindet sich im EG, alle Fenster sind Richtung Fußgängerzone ausgerichtet. Noch einmal vielen Dank an die Verwaltung der Wohnung. Buchung und Check-in war bei uns am selben Tag und alles hat trotz der erforderlichen Bürokratie schnell geklappt

El lugar es tal como se describe y las fotos corresponden a la realidad. Es un piso con todo lo necesario para acomodar hasta tres personas (en mi opinion) que podria usar el sofacama. Esta bien equipado con las cosas de cocina y hay lavadora en el bano, lo cual es conveniente con la playa tan cerca. Los espacios son amplios, las camas comodas (son dos sencillas), tiene ventiladores y AC. Al parecer el host es una empresa y no envian las indicaciones de llegada ni el codigo de entrada a menos que se llene un formulario donde piden datos personales como fecha de nacimiento, numero de pasaporte (con fechas de expedicion, etc) y datos de contacto. El formulario que usan es de g-mail y nunca mencionan el manejo de datos confidenciales. Mi esposo y yo preguntamos varias veces sobre el por que necesitan tantos datos y las politicas de manejo de datos pero no recibimos respuesta. Al final tuvimos que llenar un formulario, para el segundo el sistema fallo y tuvimos que acudir a servicio al cliente de Airbnb para poder recibir el codigo de entrada, que recibimos un minuto antes de llegar al lugar. Pero en fin, habra quienes no tengan problema de dar informacion personal. Por lo demas, tuvimos un buen tiempo en Mogan, la ubicacion es buenisima.

Lovely picturesque resort, with a good variety of restaurants and a pleasant harbour beach 🏖 .
Positive: location Negative: Lack of information, garbage disposal etc, and especially, regarding local events, ie the Friday market. No parking from 00.00 to 16.00 on Friday on all local streets. Unfortunately no outside space with the apartment. No hair dryer. Suggest a folder is provided , giving all necessary local information to tourists in a foreign environment.

centrally located & well equipped flat
Positive: very central location in Puerto Mogan close to great restaurants; the beach; the Marina; the shops. great air con & wi-fi and well kitted out and comfortable for a one week stay . Negative: when I arrived it had not been cleaned. I walked into cobwebs at the door entrance; dead cockroaches on the bathroom shower floor & the lounge; ants and more spiders webs. I had to spend a good 2 hrs cleaning myself before I dared unpack & go to sleep . the owners DID send cleaners round for a thorough clean the next day & did offer me a partial refund. they treated me fairly. ALSO Puerto Mogan nicknamed the Venice of the Canaries cos of its canals. add to that the SMELL of the drains / sewage which is pretty omnipresent most of the day in the flat .

Negative: As the apartment is on the groundfloor and the streets in Mogán are narrow, there is not too much daylight... but then, why would you want to be in the apartment during the day when you´re in Mogán? :)

Positive: L'emplacement est splendide, idéalement située, l'appartement pourrais être au top. Negative: Je n'est pas apprécié le fait quand arrivant l'hygiène n'était pas la : ( cafards, crotte de souris dans les tiroirs , poil partout dans la literie, tv non fonctionnelle ) malgré le fait que l'agence est refait venir la femme de ménage dommage car l'appartement en lui même et très bien.
