Family, quiet place, close to everything but not too close.
Positive: The location is ideal if you rent a car. 15/20 mins away from everything but quiet for resting and in front of the beach. Beach is family one, plenty space. Negative: If you are a light sleeper and and if you don't like light in the morning os not ideal.

Essayer de demander un état des lieux quand vous entrez dans logement car propriétaire nous a accusé d’avoir fait une tâche qui existait quand nous sommes arrivés dans son logement je n’ai pas apprécié du tout car nous avons même nettoyé (balayé) le logement avant partir plié les draps et les serviettes Je vous conseille de choisir bien votre logement si vous voulez vue sur la mer 1A ou 2A , logement vue sur la rue 1B et 2B car ce n’est pas indiqué dans leur annonces Airbnb nous avons regardé les photos vue avec la mer mais nous avons eu appartement 2B vue sur la rue avec des fenêtres qui ne ferment pas bien quand il y a du vent bcp de bruit de sifflement impossible de dormir une dernière chose les stores sont à l’intérieur de logements vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir les fenêtres pas de climatisation très cho

Positive: Die Wohnung ist schön. Negative: Für die Größe und Ausstattung war es zu teuer. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass ein eigener Balkon zu Wohnung gehört, statt dessen sieht man nur zur Straße. Die Küchenausstattung könnte umfangreicher sein. Das Bett ist zu klein und biegt dich durch, wenn man zu zweit liegt. Im Bad fehlt ein Klorollenhalter und dad Wasser läuft aus der Dusche und kann nicht ablaufen. Meine Frage nach einem Tausch der Wohnung wurde nicht beantwortet. Die Dachterrasse ist schön. Der Whirlpool enthält so viel Clor, dass man Hautausschlsg bekommt. Gleich bei der Begrüßungs E-Mail mit Strafzahlung für den Fall zu drohen. dass man den Müll nicht selber weg bringt, finde ich nicht vorteilhaft. Ich hatte mehr erwartet für den Preis.

Really nice place with everything you need. Worked remotely and the wifi was good, though no connection from the rooftop terrace. The closest shop I could find was a km away, so can recommend having a car if you want to cook for yourself . It had a bit weird smell of fish in the halls at the end of my stay, though luckily didn't come into the room. All in all a pretty good, peaceful place close to the water, with an amazing view from the rooftop. Also super helpful staff.

The apartment was very clean, tidy , modern and comfortable. In fact, the bed was particularly comfortable. Although the apartment was light and airy, we kept the blinds down as the apartment looks on to the street. The only downside was the noise of the wind on particularly windy days. We would happily stay there again.

If for some reason you need exactly this location, than this apartment is good choice.
Positive: Generally everything is good. Clean room, fully equipped. Jacuzzi and solarium are good bonus. Negative: 1. One big confuse is registration process. Too many confirmation emails (I count 12 in my inbox folder). Registration form on another website to fill personal details (why did I fill up my account on booking.com ?). Request to pay safety deposit $100 on another website (for safety reason I just ignored that part). Finally a day before check-in I get an e-mail with access code. Small cons of apartments: 2. On booking.com there are mixed photos of 2 different apartments. 3. Poor sound isolation (I heard children speaking next apartment like there were no walls). 4. No shampoo in the shower. Unpleasant surprise when you consider that the rest of the furnishings and equipment are almost like home. 5. Food minimarket is too far.

Die W. verfügt ansonsten über alles was grundsätzlich benötigt wird.Das Bett ist ein Schrankbett und für 2 Personen zu klein u.zu eng.Die Toilettenspülung im Bad ist eine Fehlkonstruktion.Sie kann nur betätigt werden,wenn die Toilettenbrille geschlossen ist.Die Sonnenschirme sind nicht nutzbar,da keine Einsteckhülsen vorhandenDie Terrasse hatte komplett verschweißte,schmutzige Liegeauflagen.Die Auflagen wurden abgeholt,doch es kam kein Ersatz.Uns wurde empf. direkt auf das Holz der Liege zu liegen. Wir monierten dies ebenso,doch die Dame/Hausverwaltung war uneinsichtig.Airbnb half uns letzendlich für einen Preisnl.der Anmietung. Wir wurden am Anfang via message angewiesen den Müll zu leeren,die Rollos exakt zu bedienen,da sonst die Kaution nicht ausgezahlt wird.Für uns befremdlich,solche Anordnungen. Positive: La ubicación. Negative: Había hormigas. La dueña dijo que era normal al vivir en la costa pero yo vivo a 500m de la playa y en mi casa no hay hormigas. Nos trajeron dos trampas pero no sirvieron de mucho. La ducha no tragaba bien y se salía el agua en duchas de 5 minutos y al rato de terminar se filtraba el agua por debajo del plato de ducha. La cama no era muy cómoda. La puerta de la lavadora estaba rota y el arreglo fue bastante chapucero. Si quieres descansar el 2B no lo recomiendo ya que cuando sopla el viento el ruido es horroroso. La cisterna goteaba agua en continuo y nadie vino ha arreglarlo. Dudo que en gran canarias sobre el agua.

Positive: L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito e ben attrezzato. Il proprietario ha fornito tutte le informazioni prima dell'arrivo, quindi facilmente intuibile come fare il checkin automatico. L'idromassaggio in terrazza è una bella opzione. La vista sull'oceano è molto bella. Negative: La posizione della casa è un pò fuori mano rispetto al centro del paese, per il resto nient'altro da aggiungere.

Unfortunately, the shower and one window was leaking. This caused the bathroom to flood repeatedly and the wind was loud. In addition, a chair was wobbly and the toaster caused a short circuit. Overall, none of this bothered us much, but it should be fixed in the future. The roof terrace was beautiful and the apartment looked like the photos. The check in with 3 pm was late, we would have liked this earlier. All in all a good apartment but you need a car.

En las imágenes que te envían ves muchas opciones de apartamentos pero no te especifican cual es que estás alquilando. Pagué lo mismo que unos amigos, que estuvieron unas semanas antes y tuvieron un apartamento con vistas a la playa, terreza y una habitación y nosotros tuvimos un apartamento con vistas a una calle con tráfico, sin terraza y sin habitación; era un espacio diáfano con salón, cocina y un mueble cama que desplagabas por la noche. Muy caro lo que pagamos y lo que ofertaron. Si sabes lo que alquilas lo eliges o no, pero esperar un apartamento, por el precio que pagamos, fue una decepción.
