Connaissant très bien grande Canarie, je cherchais à être à cet emplacement pour être proche de mes amies sur place. Je pensais que nous avions une terrasse privée au vu des photos mais c’était seulement la terrasse collective. Cependant le logement est propre, l’hôte est très réactif, et le confort est présent pour un séjour d’une semaine. Rien à dire sur le reste. C’était parfait.

Nice for a few days
The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The roof terrace had great views over the sea. On the downside, the second bed was not made up, the view was over car park/bins, and there was limited hot water. Sheets were provided by the evening of our arrival, so that we could make up the sofabed. We had cold water for the first 36 hours, after which the hot water was sporadic. Sleepaways advised to let the water run through, but this did not resolve the issue. We had variable weather so I suspect the solar panels struggled with insufficient sunshine.

Fue una experiencia deplorable que las arreglen como es debido. Luego tienen avisos por todo, que subas persianas antes, que no dejes llave en cerradura... que si se daña algo te hacen responsable de todo. Pues que arreglen las ventanas y que luego exijan. Además me dieron un apartamento interior sin vistas al mar. No decían nada que diera así

Positive: Logement bien placé avec facilité pour se garer, et une bonne communication et réactivité au moindre soucis avec l'agence. Appartement propre, fonctionnel, cuisine bien équipée et une bonne literie. Negative: Manque des produits de base:sel, poivre, huile et surtout une vraie cafetière et non pas une petite cafetière italienne pas pratique du tout !!! Pour profiter pleinement de l'appartement il faudrait opacifier le bas des baies vitrées car nous sommes à la vue de tout le monde des les stores levés. Problème d'insonorisation surtout dans la chambre:plusieurs réveils nocturnes par la chasse d'eau des appartements voisins et un bruit de moteur par intermittence non identifié. Prévoir des bouchons !!!! Et pour finir fenêtre de chambre +salle de bain qui donnent à l'intérieur de l'immeuble ne nous a pas enchanté (on voit dans les appartements voisins et on entend toutes les discutions et vice et versa !!!!!

Entiendo que ni se puedan tirar objetos al váter porque se atasca, pero lo de no poder tirar papel, y que se acumule todo en una papelera con sus olores... La cama, por decir algo, eran dos colchones juntos y no había siquiera microondas para poder calentar algo... El armario prácticamente inexistente, por lo que no pudimos sacar la ropa de las maletas. Cabe destacar que la azotea es maravillosa, y por eso y el precio mereció la pena todo lo anterior.

Ademas, fue un detalle que dejen pastillas de lavavajillas y para la lavadora, muy utiles para las largas estancias Negative: El ruido que hay debido a que la planta baja el salon es abierto hacia un patio interior, y se hace mucho eco por el ruido que generan para los demas apartamentos. The apparent is good cleaning and the furniture is good and the bed too. Good shower and kitchen but it’s nothing to use for cooking inside the kitchen no pepper, salt or oil nothing so it’s quite unipersonal. You have to fill up personally information to get the number of the door difficult office work for first timer. The balconies is on Third floor charing with few other apartments no privacy but good one. The apartment is on 1. floor

If you are going on holiday to stay on the beach, that’s the perfect location. Located only 10 min from airport, it is very cheap to get a taxi, it cost us only 12€. The place is located on sunny side with the street view, so we kept the blinds closed all the times. The top terrace have a wonderful view and it is great to have a private sunbath there.

The apartment has a great potential but the administration can be improved.
Positive: The apartment has a great location (really close from Melenara beach and the restaurants) and was clean. The shared terrace is a great place to rest with a fantastic view. Negative: The description and the pictures of the apartment aren't very clear and can be confuse: the one bedroom apartment doesn't have any beach or sea view, but a street view. Furthermore in the apartment the coffee maker and the microwave were missing. Some more towels and shampoo / soap should be provided. And we had problems with the WIFI (the router of the apartment never worked) but after 1 day a wireless device was delivered to us.

Positive: Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Meer und die Lage/Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. auf der Dachterrasse war die Aussicht einmalig. Guter Ausgangspunkt mit dem Mietwagen, man kam überall schnell hin. Die Einrichtung an sich ist modern/sauber und ist sehr gut Ausgestattet, man hatte alles da was man brauchte. Negative: -Leider ist das Online Check In etwas kompliziert -und man muss eine Kaution von 100€ hinterlassen (auf Kreditkarte) -die Zimmer sind SEHR Hellhörig. Man hat wirklich alles gehört von seinen Nachbarn. (Daran hat man sich aber irgendwann gewöhnt)

Sehr hellhörig und Vorsicht bei der Wahl des Zimmers, nicht alle haben einen eigenen Balkon!
Positive: Die Dachterrasse (auch wenn wir anhand der Bilder davon ausgegangen sind, dass wir uns diese nur mit einer weiteren Partei teilen und die direkt an unser Appartment anschließt. Leider hat Booking.com nämlich lediglich Fotos zu den beiden Appartements ohne eigenen Balkon angezeigt. Die Fotos der Appartments zeigten diese mit heruntergezogenen Jalousien und verbargen so sehr geschickt den "idyllischen" Blick auf die Straße und den Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Schade, wir waren von einem schönen Meerblick von der Dachterrasse vor dem Zimmer ausgegangen) und die Ausstattung des Appartements sowie der tolle Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse Negative: Wir haben schon einiges erlebt, aber dieses Haus war bisher das hellhörigste. Wir hörten alle Parteien, egal ob über, unter oder neben uns, extrem laut. Es war unmöglich, zu schlafen, wenn nachts ein Baby weinte oder über uns die Toilettenspülung betätigt wurde. Man konnte jedes Gespräch mit anhören. Abgerundet wurde die Geräuschkulisse durch die Flugzeuge, die sehr regelmäßig über das Haus flogen. Leider hatte ich die Bewertungen der anderen deutschen Touristen diesbezüglich überlesen, Spanier sind offensichtlich toleranter in diesem Punkt...

Positive: Экипирована квартира очень хорошо. Общая терраса на верху - это бомба! Но она ОБЩАЯ! Negative: Господи! Это был какой-то квест! Чтобы получить пароль от двери, нужно было срочно оплатить депозит, хозяка тараторила так быстро, что только с третьего раза я ее понял. Причем номер уже был оплачен, а они ждали депозит в 100 Евро! В объявлении было написано, что квартира с видом на горы! Но никаких гор там нет и в помине! Смотришь на дорогу и соседние дома, это же второй этаж! Интернет перестал работать на пятый день из 9. Чтобы получить документы, я прошел огонь, воду и медные трубы. Меня все время отпинывали и говорили, что у них есть дела поважнее, т.к. много туристов!!! А то что мне надо было отчитать командировку, их это не волновало! Соседи приходили поздно и включали телефвизор, как-будто они глухие. А когда я включил им музыку ночью на всю катушку, они почему-то возмутились!!! За 9 ночей никто не приходил делать уборку - это что за фигня вообще?

La falta de comunicación y facilidades proporcionada por la empresa encargada de ayudarte con el check in y check out del alojamiento. De momento siguen sin devolverme mi fianza de 100 € alegando que he dejado la llave del apartamento en el interior de la propiedad el día de mi salida. Sin embargo, traté de contactar con ellos desde el día anterior a mi check out para preguntarles el proceso y no me respondieron ( ni llamadas, ni mensaje por chat booking). Ahora me responden que debí dejarlo en el cajetín con código que había en la puerta de entrada de la propiedad, el cuál estaba bloqueado. Me culpan dicho bloqueo. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo por lo que la iniciativa de dejarlo en el interior de la propiedad, fue la utilizada en la estancia previa. En vistas de la falta de contestación me pareció lo más seguro. Este episodio me parece injusto e inaceptable.

Positive: Nos encantó la ubicación. El entorno es maravillo, tiene una costa perfecta. El apartamento es muuuuuy cómodo, tiene una decoración sencilla, pero moderna, practica y acogedora. Volvería encantada. Negative: Echamos en falta algunos colgadores en el baño y en las habitaciones, poco disposición para tus objetos personales. También artículos de limpieza, como jabón para la losa o ropa. Pero en realidad, nada que no se pueda solucionar.

Positive: Apartamento muy nuevo con todas las comodidades y en primera línea del paseo por la costa La Garita -Salinetas. Tiene una terraza estupenda en la azotea con unas buenas vistas al mar y con jacuzzi. Negative: Si te toca unos vecinos ruidosos y con ganas de fiesta la habitación de mi apartamento ( no sé si son todos) daba para un patio interior y con las ventanas abiertas se oye todo.
