Fantástico puente en GC
Positive: El apartamento es espectacular, tal cual las fotos, súper cómodo y con todo lo necesario(menaje, tostador, hervidor, cafetera de cápsulas e italiana, además de café, incluido descafeinado), productos de limpieza, incluso pastillas para el lavavajillas y lavadora. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Lo mejor la terraza y las vistas, además la zona es fantástica. La playa es estupenda, hay varios restaurantes y supermercados. Tanto el check-in como el check-out fue súper sencillo. Nos comunicamos por WhatsApp de forma muy ágil y rápida. Realmente vale lo que cuesta. Volvería sin dudar a pesar de los inconvenientes. Negative: Son extremadamente estrictos, supongo que motivado por malas experiencias previas. Recalcan las cosas varias veces apercibiendo que el incumplimiento conlleva la pérdida de la fianza. La limpieza regular, no estaba barrido del todo y había un helado empezado en el congelador de los anteriores huéspedes. Es una anécdota que no le daría más importancia, pero teniendo en cuenta que cobran un plus de 60€ por limpieza ( puntualizo que no van a limpiar durante la estancia) y si hubieran tenido la deferencia de permitirnos la entrada a partir de las 14:00 horas, máxime, cuando eran conocedores del madrugón que habíamos tenido, no lo hubiera tenido en cuenta. Desde las 14:00 horas estuvimos enfrente del portal hablando por WhatsApp con los anfitriones y no salió nadie del edificio, por lo que el apartamento estaba listo a esa hora. En todos los establecimientos, sean hoteles o apartamentos, si llegas un poco antes y está todo preparado, te permiten la entrada. Para dar toda la info, hay olor a tubería en el baño, y se escucha el constante pasar de los aviones, a nosotros no nos resultó nada molesto.

Positive: The view just incredible ❤️ we were spending all evenings on a balcony just watching the sea and planes. The flat has all you can need including washing machine, dishwashing machine and full equipped kitchen Negative: A bed is a tragedy. It’s two separate mattresses, which constantly moving and make loud noises. And we couldn’t use jakuzzi, cause it wasn’t powered/plugged in.

Schöne Wohnung mit Potenzial nach oben
Positive: Modern eingerichtete Wohnung, großzügige Raumaufteilung, schöner Balkon Negative: Der Balkon hätte etwas besser möbliert sein können, die Wohnung darunter hatte eine schöne Liegemöglichkeit. Der Liegestuhl (nur einer vorhanden) der zur Verfügung stand, war leider zu Teilen durchgerostet. Die Dusche wirkte ungepflegt. Dies haben wir bemängelt und wir bekamen die Antwort, dass es an der Lage am Meer geschuldet ist. Unserer Meinung nach ist dies nur ein Teil des Problems, auch die Duschkabine (Glas) wirkte leicht schmuddelig. Aus dem Abfluss roch es schlecht. Hier wurden wir mit Raumspray versorgt. Die Lage ist noch ganz so touristisch, in Folge öffnen etliche Lokale erst wieder um 20.00 Uhr oder um 20.30 Uhr.

Magnifique vue !
Positive: Très belle vue, un appartement lumineux et spacieux. Oui il y a un couloir aerien au-dessus mais honnêtement ça n'est pas si problématique que ça. Negative: Nous n'avions pas de transat sur la terrasse. Nous avons été en chercher sur le rooftop. Autre bémol le jacuzzi n'étais en service et pas nettoyé. Et la literie mériterait d'être améliorer.

Auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung
Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sollten diverse Gegenstände ausgetauscht oder besser gepflegt werden. Wünschenswert wäre eine schöne Liegegelegenheit auf dem Balkon. Die darunter liegenden Wohnung verfügt über ein ansprechende Liege. Es steht eine Liege zur Verfügung (steht im Waschmaschinenraum), die jedoch kaputt ist. Das Schlafsofa sollte ausgetauscht werden. Im Bad ist insbesondere die Dusche nicht gerade einladend. Dies wurde auf der Anfrage mit der Lage am Meer begründet. Dies ist jedoch nach meiner Einschätzung nur ein Teil des Problems. Aus dem Abfluss im Bad roch es schlecht. Hier wurde mit einem Raumduft Abhilfe geschaffen. Damit wurde die Ursache jedoch nicht behoben. Eine Fensterreinigung wäre ebenfalls erforderlich.

Schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht
Positive: Super Ausblick vom Balkon, schöne große Terrasse. Das Appartment ist groß und mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Es befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Taliarte. Zusätzlich kann man auf der Dachterrasse Liegen nutzen. Ein Strand, Lokale und einen Spar Supermarkt sind zu Fuss in 5 min zu erreichen. Da die Lokale in der Nähe recht spät öffneten, sind wir 2x zum Lokal 'La Sabina' gefahren (ca. 6 min), wir können es empfehlen. Negative: Das Appartment liegt in der Abflugschneise des Flughafens, mit Lärm muss man rechnen. Die Couch ist defekt durch und müsste wohl erneuert werden. Wir haben uns mit Kissen beholfen.

Positive: La vue de l’appartement est vraiment exceptionnelle. L’appartement est spacieux. La terrasse est très grande. Place de parking gratuite en face de l’appartement. Supermarché pas loin. Appartement propre avec l’équipement nécessaire. Negative: On entend les avions mais cela est compensé par la vue. Pas trop de restaurants à côté ouverts le soir. Des mouches dans l’appartement quand les lumières étaient allumées le soir.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer sowie Schlafzimmer ist wunderschön! Hier und da ist das ein oder andere Möbelstück im Apartment ein wenig abgenutzt, aber nicht dramatisches. Man sollte kein Essen o.ä. rumliegen lassen, da wir im Apartment ein paar Ameisen sahen. Der Abfluss im Badezimmer hat leider recht stark gestunken, das war mit der Zeit schon etwas störend. Wir fragten einmal nach mehr Handtüchern, da es pro Person ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch gab, ebenso eins für die Füße nach der Dusche, jedoch keins für die Hände, dann wurde uns gesagt, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt und wir waschen könnten. Für 8 Übernachtungen könnte man noch zusätzliche Handtücher da lassen. Wir haben uns dann selbst noch welche gekauft. Alles in allem trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Positive: Vistas perfectas, mobiliario muy bonito y cuidado. Buen diseño. Limpio, bien ubicado, intimidad. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas. Zona tranquila. Fiel a las fotos. Para repetir!! Negative: No hay aire acondicionado pero con la terraza abierta la casa se refresca. No poder tener visitas para al menos tener una cena tranquila con amigos o familia.

Die Stapelstühle aus Plastik am Esstisch gehen gar nicht! Die haben wir weggestapelt und von der Terrasse Klappstühle aus Holz und Wohnzimmer gestellt! Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist wohl nur zum Schlafen gedacht. Sitzen konnte man da nicht drauf!

Eine super Lage. Nur die Abflugschneise des nahen Flughafens hat gestört! Besonders am Morgen ab ca. 7 Uhr waren sehr viele Starts! Die Stapelstühle aus Plastik am Esstisch gehen gar nicht! About the apartment - the bed is “so-so” - small things like sponge, cleaning liquid, salt, oil, baking paper, bathroom soap etc would have been super useful. Udany pobyt w apartamencie z przepięknym widokiem
Positive: Apartament ma idealne położenie względem oceanu, z mieszkania przez ogromne okna roztacza się przepiękny widok właśnie na wodę. Słychać szum fal, a kiedy chcesz się od niego odciąć to po prostu zamykasz okna, które mam wrażenie są mocno dźwiękoszczelne. Obiekt jest przestronny, czysty, w pełni wyposażony. Choć w ogóle o to nie prosiliśmy, obsługa wiedząc, ze mamy małe dzieci dostarczyła nam krzesełko do karmienia, wanienkę, podnózek do toalety i łóżeczko - nie ukrywam, że były to bardzo przydatne dodatki:) Jeśli uważnie przeczyta się informacje o procedurze zameldowania nie będzie żadnego problemu na miejscu. Apartament położony jest w bardzo urokliwym miejscu w malutkiej miejscowości. Nie korzystaliśmy z wieczornych rozrywek ale nie wydaje mi się, aby był ich szczególny wybór. W okolicach godziny 19stej mieliśmy problem ze znalezieniem jakiekolwiek otwartej restauracji aby coś zjeść. Pomijając kwestie siesty, tych restauracji tam nie było. Dla nas to żaden problem, ale jeśli ktoś szuka rozrywkowej miejscowości to Melenara na pewno nie spełni jego oczekiwań. Natomiast polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi. Dla nas to było jedynie miejsce noclegu i baza wypadowa do codziennego zwiedzania wyspy. Miejsc parkingowych jest pod dostatkiem, nie ma z tym żadnego problemu. Negative: Bardzo mały i nie bezprzewodowy czajnik😂 do niczego więcej przyczepić się nie mogę.

Positive: The view from apartment is amazing and kept us busy the whole day. you can find all the facilities, jacuzzi, etc in this apartment. I would definitely get back here as we truly enjoyed our December holiday there. Negative: - we didn’t have internet for couple of days, but the host was so kind to provide us with a wireless router to use until the issue got fixed. - apartment has all the equipment except vacuum cleaner, and we we’re with a 3 years old boy, so definitely needed to clean the house once a day which was very difficult without a vacuum cleaner.

Everything was perfect. The views were better than what I was expecting, same goes for the whole apartment. Really enjoyed our stay. We rented a car so I was initially worried about the parking situation on the streets. As it was stated the parking was free on the streets and there was nothing to worry about, plenty of parking spots basically infront of the apartment. Will visit again in the future.

Mejorable: necesita cambio de colchones y unas hamacas para poder descansar y estar acorde al precio que tiene.
Positive: Las vistas, la ubicación y la limpieza. Negative: Los sillones de la terraza son muy incómodos, estaría bien un par de hamacas. Los colchones se hunden y aunque el trato con el personal fue por whatsapp y la aplicación, son demasiado estrictos y “solo” en algunos momentos escriben en español.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. La vue est très agréable. L’appartement est neuf et très bien aménagé. En revanche, il est vrai que l’appartement est situé proche de l’aéroport et à l’heure du midi nous avons eu le droit à de nombreux vols. La nuance sonore n’est pas dramatique mais assez importante pour être mentionnée.
