  3. Un piso pequeño pero muy cómodo y práctico

    El alojamiento es muy pequeñito aunque tiene una terraza enorme con unas vistas increíbles. Las camas son muy cómodas y estaba muy limpio. Eso sí, no es apto para leeosnas con dificultad en la movilidad ya que las escaleras de acceso son muy empinadas y altas.

    Positive: El piso es pequeñito pero tiene de todo, además de una terraza increíble. El alojamyestaba muy limpio y bonito en cuanto a decoración. Las camas eran muy cómodas y el agua de la ducha salía con mucha fuerza y caliente, que siempre se agradece. Los propietarios fueron muy flexibles con la hora de salida y en al.clcona os dejaron agua y productos básicos como azúcar, aceite, vinagre etc. Todo genial. Negative: Nada

    J'ai passé une excellente semaine chez Carlos et Matilde. L'appartement est petit mais confortable et bien équipé. Je me suis sentie très à l'aise. Le quartier est agréable et calme. Une bouteille de vin et une grande bouteille d'eau m'ont été offerte à l'arrivée ce qui était très apprécié. La terasse sur le toit est top en fin de journée pour voir le couché de soleil. Petit plus: Les visites de la petite Minnie.

    Schöne und sauber Unterkunft, tolle Dachterrasse und ein privater Bereich vor dem Apartment, gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Matrazen. Nachts sehr ruhig, am frühen Morgen störte der Lärm von Baustellenfahrzeugen und LKWs auf der GC-200. Der empfohlenen Parkplatz liegt günstig (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß), seine Zufahrt wird allerdings von der gängigen Navigations-App, die ich hier nicht nennen darf, nicht richtig angezeigt! Die Ein- und Ausfahrt liegt neben der städtischen Bücherei, besser diese als Ziel eingeben. Die Einbahnstraßen in Agaete können ortsfremde Autofahrer zum Wahnsinn bringen. ;-) Die Gastgeberin hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Infos versorgt. Wir haben schöne Wanderungen im Agaete-Tal unternommen (El Hornillo sehr lohnend). Die Becken der alten Saline bei Puerto de las Nieves bieten ein tolles Badeerlebnis. Am alten Hafen gibt es nette Restaurants, schön bei Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf den Teide.

    Positive: La Jacaranda is a cute apartment ideal for staying between hikes or trips, equipped with basic but great taste. The hosts were helpful - and also superkind to provide a huge bottle of mineral water - this was made the stay easier - not tipical in this region. Agaete Valley is place that is worth to visit, you can meet all the elements from a sunny ocean playa to windy giant hills. Try to visit Finca los Catanos - a coffee plantation - remarkable for a lifetime :) as like the valley's specific flora & fauna. Negative: No comment

    Hemos estado muy a gusto en este bonito apartamento, y el contacto con Matilde y Juan Carlos ha sido muy entrañable. Desde el lugar se llega en pocos minutos andando tanto a la plaza como a los bares, restaurantes y la parada de autobús. Tily y Juan Carlos nos atendieron en seguida cuando teníamos preguntas. La azotea con sus tumbonas, un rincón lounge y mesa para comer nos ha encantado.

    I had the best time in Agaete, and the AirBnB was absolutely perfect. Small, cute, clean and perfectly situated in the lovely little village. Tilly and Juan-Carlos were the best hosts, friendly, fast to respond, and very helpfull. The location is beautifull, the roof terrace is absolutely amazing, and it’s in a quiet street. The apartment itself was clean, and had everything you need. I stayed for an entire month, and felt very much at home. Thank you so much Tilly an Juan-Carlos for the amazing time in Agaete!

    We had an excellent time at Matildes and Juan Carlos place! It was a cozy little apartment with everything that you need. We enjoyed the sunny roof terrace with a beautiful view to the village. There are many hiking routes to take in the immediate surroundings. Juan Carlos and Matilde were great hosts and always available when we needed them.

    It's a lovely little apartment close to the town centre and hiking routes. The rooftop terrace is lovely and a great place to enjoy breakfast or to work from. I was here for two months and whilst it lacked some facilities for long-term stays (an oven/better kitchen specifically) I found myself with everything I needed and I was comfortable If you're in the area you can't go wrong with this one!

    Tilly and Juan Carlos’s place is exceptionally cute, cosy and private. They’re just downstairs for any requirements (a fan for the 32 degree heat was requested and swiftly provided) and their terrace is gorgeous. The beds are very comfy, and the view of the mountains from bed is a delight. The kitchen is pretty tiny, so elaborate meals are out the question but the utensils and good pots are all there. We had a hired car; so from this perspective, supermarkets are a short drive away, and it is easy to get to the main roads to explore the island and it’s a peaceful place to retreat back to.

    Bonne communication avec Maria. L'appartement était propre, conforme à la description et aux photos. L'emplacement est très bien, la rue est calme et à côté des quelques commerces de la ville et surtout juste à côté du parking gratuit. Le grand plus, un coin devant la maison pour pouvoir manger dehors et surtout une très belle terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil, c'était chouette d'y prendre l'apéro.

    We spent two weeks here and loved every moment. The check-in was easy and we found water, beer and wine already in the fridge for us, together with other essentials like coffee and olive oil. The view from the big terrace is incredible, the neighborhood is super peaceful and the 2 beaches are in walking distance. Juan Carlos and Tily were attentive and kind host. We hope to come back soon!

    Everything was great, the kitchen was fully equipped with spices and oil, vinegar, coffee etc. It is convenient than you dont have to buy it. Also washine mashine is useful. Area is quite, you can park car near by. The terrace is also nice, but we were outside almost all the time, so we didnt use. Host is nice and helpfull. We would stay again, we felt like in home.

    Logement avec très petites salle de bain et cuisine mais très propre, agréable et avec beaucoup de charme. La literie est particulièrement confortable. Les différentes terrasses (privée, devant l'appartement, et, partagée, très bien aménagée, en haut) sont vraiment appréciables et la vue est magnifique. Le seul problème, dont n'est pas responsable Mathilda, sont les aboiements très fréquents des chiens dans le quartier, en journée...(fléau de toutes les îles Canaries d'ailleurs )

    Matilde’s apartment is a truly wonderful place to stay while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of Agaete. Her home is beautifully decorated, with colourful pictures adorning the walls and cactuses and agaves sitting happily in the terrace corners. The facilities are exactly as described, and to top it off the utensils look brand new and unused. Peering out of the bedroom window, you can even get a small glimpse of the sea! The roof top terrace was a delight to spend the evenings, to drink a cold glass of wine whilst looking over the white washed town of Agaete. The town makes an excellent base for hiking and exploring the rugged coast. Would definitely recommend to visit the town of San Pedro, to hike down to Guayedra beach and on a warm day, to visit the Agaete piscine. I truly recommend anyone to stay here, I will certainly be coming back!

    L'appartement est agréable mais très étroit , notamment la salle de bain. La literie est très bonne. Dans la cuisine, il manque un bon petit couteau et des ciseaux, le reste est ok. L'emplacement dans ce village assez authentique est parfait, l'accès aux transports en commun facile, magasin Spar pas loin, mer à 10 minutes! La grande terrasse est super! L'hote est discret mais attentif. Belle adresse dans le nord ouest de l'ile.

    Appartement petit, tout en longueur, cuisine minuscule mais sinon très bien équipé. Salon un peu sombre mais chambre très lumineuse, il y a le soleil toute la journée ! Les lits sont très confortables. Les hôtes sont très sympas, attentionnés et réactifs. Ils ont répondu à nos demandes très rapidement. Le quartier est tranquille, un parking gratuit est accessible à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. La terrasse sur le toit est merveilleuse. C'est vraiment le point fort du logement, la vue est superbe. Un excellent coin pour profiter de Gran Canaria et visiter le nord de l'île.

Ample space to relax on the rooftop terrace and nice decorative touches all around made us feel like home. There is a free parking nearby and some attractions to see.     Estuve en el apartamento durante una semana en modo trabajo remoto / vacaciones. Se puede trabajar tanto dentro del apartamento como fuera. Hay una mesa pequeña en el apartamento y otra en el exterior, delante de la puerta de acceso. En la terraza hay otras dos mesas, una mesa baja y otra alta. Por lo tanto, hay bastante sitio para tele-trabajar. Además, la red Wifi llega por un aparato conectado a la red eléctrica, que puedes enchufar en el enchufe más próximo a tu lugar de trabajo (en la terraza hay enchufe). La casa tiene una pequeña cocina muy bien equipada y un pequeño baño con ducha y termo eléctrico que sirve para dos personas. Las vistas desde la habitación son al barranco de Agaete (sur). Desde la terraza hay vista las sur, oeste y norte. Dependiendo de la visibilidad, se puede ver la isla de Tenerife y/o el Teide. Durante unos días de nuestra estancia, los huéspedes que comparten la misma planta del edificio no respetaron las normas de silencio y se les escuchaba con facilidad desde la habitación. Tuvimos que llamarles la atención. En definitiva, es un buen lugar para pasar desde unos días hasta un par de semanas. Si vienes en coche, el aparcamiento más cercano es el que está en frente del jardín de las flores, junto al barranco.

    Matilde Maria und Juan Carlos sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Sie hatten unsere Ankunft mit einer Flasche Wein und einem Kanister Wasser versüßt. Darüber hinaus konnten wir, obwohl wir etwas früher als geplant unser Gepäck in der Gepäck in der Unterkunft abstellen, vor der offiziellen Check-in Zeit. Auf der dachterasse kann man wunderbar frühstücken mit Blick auf die Berge. Zwar muss man sie sich mit den Gästen aus der anderen Unterkunft teilen, aber wenn man früher aussteht, dann stellt das kein Problem dar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll, um schöne Ausflüge rund um Agaete zu machen. Die Unterkunft als solche ist recht bescheiden. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber ist dafür ganz gut ausgestattet (espressokocher, paninigrill, Toaster). Einzig die Betten und die Kissen sind nicht so bequem.

    Notre séjour chez Matilde Maria a été un vrai bonheur. Notre hôte a été d’une grande aide en nous donnant plein de bons conseils et en nous laissant des agréables attentions à notre arrivée. La terrasse ensoleillée de l’appartement avec vue sur les montagnes est fabuleuse. L’appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. (Un parking gratuit est à quelques minutes à pied) Nous recommandons vivement ce charmant hébergement dans les petites ruelles d’Agaete !

    Positive: Alojamiento excepcional para pasar unos días en Gran Canaria y recorrer toda la isla. El apartamento se encuentra muy bien equipado y completamente independiente al resto de la casa, con una terraza maravillosa. Además, la atención por parte de los propietarios fue muy atenta en todo momento. Completamente recomendable!
