Positive: Grand appartement vraiment tout équipé, avec une immense terrasse et une très belle vue mer. Climatisation et grand store sur la terrasse. Bon Wifi. Piscine. Parking à disposition (bip d'accès avec les clefs). Il faut une voiture pour accéder à la plage en bas. Petit centre commercial avec supermarché et restau accessibles à pied. Communication avec le propriétaire via WhatsApp. Negative: Nous avons trouvé la procédure de pré-inscription touristique compliquée, avec des relances automatiques inutiles. L'adresse est incomplète: La résidence est bien "BALCONES DE AMADORES" en contre bas du 1 calle de montaña Clara !! Une fois les escaliers descendus, il faut récupérer la clef dans le petit local sous les escalier et là, c'est la boite noire du milieu, sur la 3ème rangée en partant du haut !! En cas de doute, testez toutes les boites avec le code qui vous sera envoyé. Cela n'a pas été agréable de galérer à notre arrivée, en communiquant via WhatsApp . . .

Kleiner gemütlicher Apartment mit top Aussicht.
Positive: Top Aussicht Apartment ist gut ausgestattet doch etwas zu klein. Balkon ist riesig, hat 2 liegen ein Tisch, 4 Stühle und Markise. Super Service von Sleepaways. Negative: Klimaanlage ist verschimmelt und defekt. Couch Bett ist klein und nur für 2 kleine Kinder geeignet. Dusche hatte keine Tür so ist das ganze Wasser auf den Boden ins Bad gespritzt. Parken ist unbequem. Sehr schwierig beim rein und raus fahren. Und am Abends gab's nicht immer genug Plätze. Mann muss dann auf der Straße parken. Müll entsorgen ist ausserhalb der Anlage. Biomüll oder Restmül entsorgen war schwierig zu finden..

Es war wundervoll
Positive: Die Lage und die Aussicht war Atemberaubend. Es war sehr ruhig und sauber hier. Das Appartement ist wirklich mehr als top ausgestattet, man findet wirklich ALLES dort. Ob es ein Schnellkochtopf ist, weitere Decken oder einen Sonnenschirm, hier ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Parken konnte man kostenfrei hinter der Schranke. Es war wirklich perfekt und ich habe mich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt Negative: Man ist auf ein Mietauto angewiesen, da es wirklich etwas abgelegen liegt. Ist in meinen Augen aber klar wenn man ein Appartement in den Klippen wählt. Einrichtung ist rein optisch nicht die modernste.

Overall a comfortable good stay
I would choose again this hotel since it offered what we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with stuff people was great. View from balcony was food for the soul 😊 Air conditioning was old, but working fine. The other facilities were also good. It would have been great if we could have gotten more towels and more toilet paper. We didn’t use the pool so we cannot comment on that.

We really liked apartament, everything was thought out.
Positive: Very clean, cozy apartament, beautiful view from the balcony, close to the shopping center. Negative: The apartments are high, so you need a car to go somewhere, but this was not a problem for us, because we had a car.

C’est un super logement que je conseille vraiment !!
Positive: L’appartement est très bien situé avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et la piscine en dessous !! La terrasse est génial avec table et chaises longue c’était l’idéal . Pour ce qui est de l’intérieur du logement il n’y a rien à dire tout était parfaitement équipé . Nous n’avons manqué de rien . Je conseillerai tout de même d’être véhiculé ( parking à disposition ) ou sinon vous avez des taxis juste en face car l’appartement est situé en hauteur . Negative: Les indications pour trouver le logement et les clefs n’était pas clair du tout ! Heureusement que c’est gérer par une agence qui a été très réactive et nous as aidé par téléphone mais je pense qu’il faudrait donner plus d’informations précise . Je confirme le commentaire en dessous ça serait plus agréable de mettre un rideau qui ne laisse pas passer la lumière du jour et la chaleur ou bien un store serait l’idéal afin d’améliorer le logement .

The views from the balcony are simply amazing! You have a direct view over Amadores beach and the surroundings but also over the mountains on the right size. The sunsets are stunning and on very clear days you can see Tenerife. Just outside the apartment on the street and you can view Puerto Rico from the top. The whole area is very nice! The apartment is located on the last floor and offers full privacy with the high side-walls of the balcony. The balcony is shady in the morning and sunny in the after noon. Even though the apartment itself is not big, it is very well furnished and offered more than enough space for the two of us and our baby. Overall the apartment is pretty functional having everything you need. As we traveled with a little baby we did have to cook a bit and the only downside I would mention is that the cooking utensils are pretty poor in quality. But we did manage well in the end. Would definitely return!

The apartment is simple and clean, and the view is fantastic. The apartment is at the end of a one way street, so you may need to loop around to find parking. Parking is available at the apartment on a first come, first serve basis, though I don’t recommend parking there due to how constricted the lot is. The instructions provided did not make it clear which unit it was, though I can share it’s the last apartment before the Hotel RIU. Be forewarned that the host (Javier) will ask you for your passport information, including a photo, and I initially found this concerning, as he did not explain why this information was required and who would access it. He seemed frustrated that I felt uncomfortable providing this information without more information and I had to ask many questions to get simple answers. Overall I found Javier to be quite rude to deal with and I did not appreciate the manner in which he communicated with me. He was impatient, demanding and condescending and this made for an unpleasant arrival.
