    Positive: The balcony is very nice. As said in other comments, there are people talking at night but they are friendly and talk very quietly, it didn't bother me at all. Negative: The bathroom is very old, it's like showering at your grandma's. It's very hard to find the right temperature, you will struggle for many minutes. There might be a problem with the pipes too.

    Convenient and practical for a family of 4, but not in its best state. 20 min. walk to harbour and Las Salinas.

    Positive: Der große, überdachte Balkon mit Blick in schöne Pflanzen. Negative: Renovierungsstau bei vielen Kleinigkeiten... (Duschbrause defekte Halterung, uralte Duschmatte, Abschließen der Haustür ging nicht, es roch aus dem Bad usw.) Und zuviel Brimborium das rumsteht und unnütz ist.

  17. Alltför dyrt för vad du får

    Positive: Skyddad parkering vid huset. Lagom avstånd till hamnen. Städat. Negative: Gäster bör upplysas om att:. Husets närmaste "granne" är en återvinningsstation där byns alla hundar rastas samt att varje kväll (7-11)sitter ett gäng ungdomar nedanför balkongen, pratar och röker, då kan inte balkongen användas. Huset bör uppgraderas i möbler och husgeråd. Sängarna är stenhårda med gamla noppiga filtar. Många sängar men endast 2 stolar så en familj kan inte sitta på balkongen. Mat går knappt att laga, ex så finns ingen kniv du ens kan skära en tomat med. Toalettartiklar innebär, lite flytande tvål och 1st toarulle. Fanns ingen tändare till gasolspisen.

    Positive: La tranquilidad de la zona, la amplitud de la casa, limpia, con terraza privada y bastante grande, genial para relajarte, y a 10 minutos caminando, tienes senderos, playa y charcos naturales que están increíbles... Negative: El apartamento un pelín antiguo y para ir uno solo, no lo vi barato comparado con otros a los que he ido. En grupos si es una opción asequible

  21. Apartamento acogedor

    El apartamento está en una zona tranquila, a unos 10 minutos caminando de la playa , charcos naturales (muy bonitos por cierto) y senderos. El apartamento está genial porque es en un chalet con zonas comunes y terraza privada donde puedes tener tus momentos de tranquilidad disfrutando de la tranquilidad, también es bastante luminoso. La única pega que le puedo poner, es que el apartamento es algo antiguo pero bueno, hace su función. Y en cuanto al precio si vas solo, puedes encontrar algo más barato, pero yendo con tu pareja y niños, pues está bien, ni caro, ni barato. Un saludo

    Positive: Sehr sauber, toller Balkon mit Blick auf den Teide, sehr geräumig. Anfragen werden schnell bearbeitet. Negative: Das Bad müsste ein wenig modernisiert werden (Geruch). In der Küche fehlen Kleinigkeiten zum Kochen (z. B. Sieb).

    Positive: No comment Negative: Checkin kompliziert, Achtung: Fotos sind durch Weitwinkel sehr optimiert; Terrasse ist nur Zugang zu den 2 Wohnungen im Obergeschoss (das größere Schlafzimmer misst 3,6x2,7m); schmaler Balkon hatte nur 2 Stühle für 4 Erwachsene; vereinbarte, zusätzliche Toilette fehlte! Der Duschkopf kann nicht befestigt werden, Pflegeprodukte gibt es auch nicht, Handtücher auf massiven Druck nachgeliefert, Wasser nicht potable- erst bei Ankunft offen gelegt. Kaffeemaschine fehlt- nur kleine Espressokanne, Gasflasche war nicht angeschlossen!!! Gasanzünder kaputt, ein Kaffeelöffel für 4 Erwachsene, WiFi Code zunächst falsch Betten nur 1,9m lang (u.schmal; im 2.Schlafzimmer mit extrem raschelnder Inkontinenzeinlage?) Steckdosen Mangelware Kurz: trotz tagelange Korrespondenz mit Sleepaways (Agentur) und Booking.com keine Abhilfe. Vermieter erschien trotz Ankündigung nicht.

  37. Close to everything and clean.

    Positive: It's a nice place to stay with a family. Not far from the beach, natural pools, the center and the grocery store. Very nice balcony. Very nice people who cleaned the outside of the property every day. Negative: For the half of the stay we had cold water. That was not the best experience for bathing our children. I had the feeling that the staff assumed I'm waiting in the property a whole day waiting for someone to fix the heating issue. After leaving the key to the apartment no one came for two days. Just after sending a disappointment message someone came within 5 minutes to fix the cold water problem. There's only one roll of toilet paper for four persons for 5 days, a bit of watered down hand soap. Also the kitchen equipment could be checked and improved, e.g. to have more cutlery or wine glasses. It's not visible on pictures, but the property heads to a grass field where people walk their dogs, sometimes cleaning after them, and where are located garbage bins. However they're in a safe distance.

    Positive: No comment Negative: Achtung - während unseres Aufenthalts waren an JEDEM Abend auf der Strasse unter unserem Balkon Jugendliche die sich getroffen haben um zu trinken, rauchen, videos zu schauen. Das war sehr störend und wurde von der Vermietagentur unzureichend beschrieben (ab und an treffen sich Leute....). Auf direkte Ansprache haben die Personen nicht reagiert, erst als ich "Policia" und "disturbacion" gesagt habe, sind sie an einem Abend abgezogen. Die Vermietagentur, die vorab per WhatsApp Hilfe angeboten hatte riet mir dann die Polizei zu rufen (das Problem sei bekannt, die Personen der Polizei bekannt!!!)was ich dann tat. Ich fand das ganze sehr ärgerlich und hat nicht zur Erholung beigetragen. Zusätzlicher Hinweis - 30 m vom Haus sind die Recyclingcontainer - Glas wird gerne auch Nachts hineingeworfen. Ausserdem ist auf der Strasse gegenüber (derzeit) viel LKW Verkehr ab ca 6:00 morgens, da südlich von Agaete die Tunnels weitergebaut werden.

    Positive: No comment Negative: nous somme restez 4 nuits dans cet hébergement, et que deux soirées ont été gâchées dés 8h jusqu'à environ une 1h du matin par quelques jeunes qui viennent discuter bruyamment et fumer pas que des cigarettes ! juste sous les fenêtres (nous n'avons pas pu profiter du balcon)
