Spacious apartment El Tablero
The apartment is very spacious with room for at least 5 people Some cosmetic issues could be fixed easily, floor tiles especially! The location is away from the main tourist areas in Maspalomas and walking from the area is possible, but it's very far! Taxis do not regularly come to the area to hail, and there is a bus, the number 73, that goes either to the Faro or to San Augustin (but to only San Fernando Sat/Sun/Festival days) but only runs once an hour, finished by 2100, but only costs 1.40 euro! No outside space Great if you are driving! Good local supermarkets, much cheaper than the tourist ones

Positive: Amplio y espacioso Negative: Pisos rotos,microondas con óxido, bañera oxidación, manguera de ducha rota,cosillas las perrillas rotas,nevera hacia a cada momento ruido de avería. Muchos ruidos de los vecinos y la calle luego para entrar al pueblo controles de policía exagerados. Y lo mejor El espejo del baño

Positive: Zona tranquila, bien para aparcar y dormir, tiene pase Negative: Puerta principal se abre mal y se tarda en abrir,suelo partido del pasillo y dormitorio principal con posibilidad de corte si vas descalzo,ventilador de techo no funciona,recogida de llaves demasiado escondido,ciertas llaves de luces regular, no se lo recomiendo a ningún conocido. Cierto que me han traído un ventilador de pie pero este demasiado ruido para dormir. Que puedo recibir yo por esto?

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very spacious and has everything you need. There are some small things that need to be fixed like a broken electric ring and a broken floor in some parts. But in general I can recommend this apartment for your next stay, as supermarkets are just around the corner and it's not very far to the centre of Maspalomas and its famous dunas. The communication with the owner was very easy.

Good flat nice location
We enjoyed our stay in the flat which is set in the very pleasant and enjoyably local El Tablero. The kid’s playground next door is excellent and families would enjoy this as well as the delicious bakery Panaderia Oliver Zipf over the road

The apartment is in a residential area, close to supermarkets, and a bakery and right next to it there is a very nice typical local bar-restaurant with lovely local food and drinks. The apartment definitely needs both minor and major renovation but has everything necessary for a good stay in this area. It has one bathroom+toilet accessible only through the main bedroom. We were 2 and it was not an issue for us but I am putting it here as a source of information. The hosts are very responsive and provided us with support about everything that we wanted to ask.
