Me gustó mucho la estancia quitando que el horno no funciona y solo hay cubiertos para tan solo dos persona o tres a lo sumo, la vitrocerámica va un poco a tirones y a veces se hace difícil cocinar ahí pero se puede usar. Por lo demász está situado en buena zona, al lado del centro, y con paradas de autobús muy cerquita. Definitivamente volvería a repetir.

Las reglas están bien claras, pero no está de mano de los propietarios aquellas que las incumplen, la entrada me resultó complicada pero ya tengo una edad, para los jóvenes que manejan nuevas tecnologías!! Unnötig aufwendiger check-in Prozess | 100€ Deposit und nur 97,25€ Erstattung wegen Bankgebühren
Positive: Es gibt eine Waschmaschine Negative: Der check-in ist unnötig aufwendig. Erst bekommt man viel zu viel Informationen per mehrerer Mails geschickt, dann muss man über einen link selbst den Check-in vornehmen, über einen weiteren Link extern die Bezahlung durchführen (zzgl 100€ deposit) und zum Schluß noch eine App downloaden, mit der, wenn man Glück hat, die Türen geöffnet werden können. Wir standen lange Zeit vor verschlossener Tür, da die App an diesen Tagen nicht funktionierte, was sich aber erst in diesem Moment raus stellte. Stattdessen bekamen wir, nach 45 min komplizierter Kommunikation, einen physischen Schlüssel aus einer Schlüsselbox. Es war ein Set Schlüssel für 2 Personen. In unserem Fall suboptimal. Zum check-out lässt man einfach die Schlüssel im Zimmer liegen und geht. Später kommt das Putzpersonal und gibt die Info weiter, ob im Zimmer alles in Ordnung war. Wie erwähnt zahlt man 100€ deposit, welche man, falls man sie erstattet bekommt, erst einige Tage später bekommt, und nur wenn das Putzpersonal bestätigt, dass alles ok war im Zimmer. Man hat aber keinerlei Einfluß oder Kontrolle. Nach der Abreise könnte das Personal einfach behaupten, dass der TV kaputt war und daraufhin das Deposit einbehalten. Von den 100€ habe ich lediglich 97,25€ zurück bekommen. Nicht etwa, weil etwas kaputt war, sondern weil die Bank laut sleepaways eine Gebühr erhebt. Auf Fragen, ob sleepaways diesen Umstand irgendwo in ihren Unmengen an Infos erwähnt, reagieren sie nicht. Meine Anfrage wurde mehrmals ignoriert. Ach, und unser Zimmer hatte 2 zusammengestellte Betten, die ständig auseinander rutschten. In der Küche gibt es keinen Kühlschrank, nur im Zimmer, was laute Kühlschrankgeräusche mitsichbringt.

Espero que todo el mundo lea esto por eso seré breve, nada más llegar había un tío en la puerta que parecía muerto que al fijarnos bien vimos que se estaba chutando algo, entramos y el baño estaba constantemente ocupado y siempre que entras está el suelo mojado, tuvimos la mala suerte que nos tocó una pareja que al tener relaciones hacían ruido en la habitación de al lado y encima quedando un día para irnos nos llama el dueño por la noche (21:00) que nos echaba por escuchar como hablábamos por la noche y por no abrir la puerta a las 4 de la mañana, cuando en el barrio ese no abriría a partir de las 10. Ha sido una experiencia pésima y un trato aún peor siempre dependiendo de terceros y el dueño solo se comunicó en persona para echarnos, no volvería ni gratis

For those who don't care about personally space it's very nice
My wife she would not come back for longer then 2 nights. But for me it was actually ok. To be honest i feel the appartement is really nice and you have to have a little bit of luck. When people do not respect the rules of the house then it is possible having some bad air when they start smoking. I guess it didn't bother me to much because we where out the whole time. Only when we came back it was there again. People smoking inside... Very low energy and all do the team contacted this two smokers they didn't cared 1 second listening to them. They just continued smoking. That was pitty. We where happy to leave. But yes meaby some nice notes like "please smoke outside to keep this shared place with fresh air all the time"

Los colchones de las camas de baja calidad y con bastante uso hace que el descanso no sea el adecuado el Wi-Fi es muy pobre (apenas lleva la cobertura) por lo que tuve que consumir mis datos El sistema de entrada (por cerradura electrónica) tienes que bajarte una APP con la cual te habilitan los permisos para acceder. dichos permisos se me fueron retirado antes de las 10am (cuando la salida era hasta las 11h) tardaron más de 30 minutos en darme acceso de nuevo y llegué muy tarde al aeropuerto. Unicamente puedes dirigirte al personal por whatsapp para “los problemas” lo que hace que la respuesta sea muy lenta como también la capacidad de entendimiento

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht so sauber und das ganze Ding mit den Nuki Schlössern ein ziemlicher hick hack. Das Team war bemüht und hilfsbereit, hat aber leider eher lange gebraucht um die entsprechenden Probleme zu lösen. Die Unterkunft ist aber in der Nähe der Altstadt, die sehr schön ist. Alles in allem für den Preis in Ordnung.

Positive: El apartamento está bien, habitación amplia y cómoda, con nevera. La cocina está en perfecto estado con muchos utensilios para cocinar. El baño está bien también y muy fácil aparcamiento en la calle. Negative: La limpieza del baño algunas veces deja que desear. Y el proceso de devolución de los 100€ de depósito hay que estar detrás de ellos porque aunque salgas por la mañana temprano hasta la noche o el día siguiente no te lo realizan.

Todo limpio, ordenado y cuidado. Cocina muy bien equipada, a falta quizá de fuente para el horno, pero salvo eso, lo demás genial. Las camas son muy cómodas y la nevera en cada cuarto es simplemente genial. Recomendadísimo, gran calidad a un muy buen precio.

We booked an apartment for 2 persons with bath and toilet in las Palmas de Gran Canaria. We booked on the site of HomeAway where we found the apartment. Nothing in the offer indicated that it was a shared apartment, to share with in total 8 persons in 4 bedrooms. There was 1 bathroom and there was only 1 wc, toilet, and that toilet was inside the bathroom! So when you wanted to go to the toilet you had to wait until the bathroom was empty. Many times the bathroom was occupied and you had to wait for a long time to use it. In the joined sitting room there was 1 dining table with only 4 chairs for 8 persons and to little knifes, forks and so on. When you wanted to cook your meal together with 3 unknown other couples, there was only 1 cooking plate available so you had to wait until 3 other couples had cooked there meals.
