Positive: No comment Negative: Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, besonders Kissen. Unter dem Bettlacken lag irgendein Zeug was beim umdrehen extrem Geräusche gemacht und luftdicht war, so dass man beim schlafen geschwitzt hat. Zimmer hat schlechten frischen Luftzufuhr. Die Dusche war kaputt und warmes Wasser gab es leider auch nicht immer :(

Excellent location
I stayed for 9 days (alone/1 person) in February. I booked the room with the private bathroom. Everything I needed/expected was there. I found the location a big plus. I traveled across the island by bus, which was very practical from this location. The accommodation I located on a hill, for people with reduced mobility this might be a problem. For me this was ideal. Just outside the crowded city centre but still very close to everything.

Sitio bonito y cómodo
La ubicación cerca del Puerto con unas vistas preciosas desde la calle, a nosotros nos tocó en la planta -1 y dentro no había buenas vistas solo al patio interior, muy bien ubicado donde puedes encontrar de todo y muy buen acceso a la autovía para poder salir del lugar.

Checking in with a person and not through the door bell . This would eliminate any confusion
Positive: To be honest we thought at first the location was easy to get around. That changed after from what we observed going. The interior is clean until when using the facilities. The oven was moulded and not cleaned for a while. Booking the room with a private bathroom Negative: Checking-in was a big issue as my phone wasn’t connecting so my husband used his mobile phone. Then communication was another problem. We did not have hot water for the shower. We didn’t say anything because it was late 10:00pm. After two days in a row not having hot water my husband contacted and complained about not having hot shower. The person said that the would look into it and nothing. This is going on to the 5th day two men knocked on the door and I said if they could check the lock. They did what they had to do and I asked about the shower. The older gentleman said it’s got nothing to do with the boiler but there was work being carried out on the main line. I tried by showing him the shower and that it was cold. He then understood. At the same time my husband received a message that the shower was fixed but it was Not because someone is actually trying to fix the issue. Checking out once again communication issues. Tried to ring the bell and inform that we have left the key and are leaving but no response. Once again the same gentleman who sorted the hot water saw us and we told him that we tried the bell and we are leaving and what we have done with the keys.

El apartamento deja mucho que desear respecto a las fotos. Limpieza horrible, manchas en la colcha, pelos en la cama, la mampara no cerraba, olía a humedad toda la habitación. Malos acabados en el baño. Golpes y manchas en las paredes. No volveremos a este lugar.

Positive: Me gustó que todo estaba limpio. Suficientes toallas y papel sanitario. La cocina es compartida. Negative: No me gustó el check in tan impersonal. No había manera de que me ayudaran. Todo era por WhatsApp. La señal de internet no era la mejor. Así que esta parte fue un poco frustrante y desesperante. El día que nos íbamos les pedí que si podía dejar las maletas 30 minutos en lo que íbamos a desayunar y la respuesta fue un no rotundo. Esa parte no fue agradable. No hay personal que te reciba, solo los de mantenimiento. Las camas eran individuales así q para una pareja era algo incómodo. En cuanto a lo demás está bien.

Engaño y mal intensiones nada de calidad en atención al cliente
Positive: Las instalaciones Negative: Sus tramas con respecto a la fianza justo antes de entrar una señora la reclamaba y no se la devolvían supuestamente además muy extraño la primera vez que me pasa con booking que le pago bizum luego me dejan sin códigos cuando le digo que el abogado implementara la ley consumidor código 10 me los ponen y lo más sorprendente cuando me dicen que booking no tiene nada que ver que es con ellos mentira yo siempre trabajo con booking precisamente por eso por el gran servicio y por el trato que nos dan y las soluciones que nos buscan. Muy mal aconsejo a Booking que controlo la propiedad esta y los trapicheos de ese dinero fianza para luego buscar cualquier excusa y no devolver .

Positive: Camera spaziosa, semplice con arredi discreti. Bagno con doccia grande finestrato, senza bidet. Due letti singoli con materassi confortevoli.. La vista fuori non c'è, tutte le finestre guardano all'interno del piccolo palazzo (sembra di essere in un tunnel) Televisione con canali spagnoli basici. Posizione della struttura comoda vicino all' ingresso delle autostrade e al centro della città. Negative: Grossa perdita di acqua dal piano superiore,, inevitabile svegliarsi di notte perché bagnati dalla pioggia che cadeva sul letto. Cattivo odore di muffa entrando in camera per via del muro intriso di acqua. Credo sia il caso di non affittare fino al restauro la camera nr. 4. Consiglio spassionato. Magari offrire un rimborso sarebbe una cosa buona e giusta vista l'esperienza vissuta. Meno male che abbiamo soggiornato solo 3 notti. Le altre tre camere con bagno in comune e sala soggiorno e cucina anche.

Positive: La atención telefónica de una persona que jamás vi. Negative: La gran humedad de la habitación, con la imposibilidad de ventilación puesto que es un recinto cerrado. La mampara estaba cogida con pinzas. La basura del baño con roña de lo vieja que está. El olor nauseabundo que desprendía la habitación por imposibilidad de ventilación. Personal fantasma. La inexistencia de indicaciones de que una casa perdida era el hostal. En ningún momento especificación de que se trataba de un piso compartido y que está en ruinas el interior. Las fotos son espectaculares y te encuentras una casa en ruinas. La no existencia de un parking privado cuando da a entender en la web que disponen de parking. Inmobiliario viejisimo pidiendo a gritos ser cambiado. Visita nocturna del cerrajero sin aviso previo y rompiendo la intimidad para arreglar el mecanismo de la puerta que se demostró poco eficaz. Imposible poder recomendarlo y es un lugar al que no volveremos.

De sade även att det var jag själv som var orsaken till det svarta möglet som fanns i badrummet. De svarta möglet är väldigt vådligt för hälsan. Nattetid rycktes det i dörrar, väsnades och bankades. De gick så pass långt att en dörr rycktes sönder med nycklar sittandes kvar i låset. Jag fick även städa i "smart apartments" trots att det skall ingå. Allt detta finns dokumenterat. Inga som helst åtgärder från "smart apartments". Det var ingen semester, det var ett rent helvete.

Positive: La ubicacion es buena, esta cerca de Triana y buenas conexiones a autopista. Facil de aparcar cerca. Habitacion amplia. Negative: El sistema Nuki para las puertas fallaba todo el rato. Hubo un corte de luz y tuvimos que estar rodando muebles y poniendo alargadores para que funcionaran los enchufes. Poca insonorizacion, se escucha todo de los vecinos y de los demas huespedes cuando estaban en la cocina-salon. Utensilios de cocina (como calderos y sartenes) dañados. En el apartamento no se puede fumar pero siempre olia a tabaco, sobre todo por las noches. La ducha se inundaba al ducharte, tardaba demasiado en vaciarse. Mandan demasiados correos y mensajes recordatorios de lo mismo todos los dias, unos dias antes y durante la estancia.

La habitación tenía un olor extraño, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y había mucho ruido. El olor no se iba y hablamos con la agencia. En parte se arregló, pero no se llegó a ir del todo el olor. El baño también olía como a tuberías. Deberían de especificar que la zona de la cocina y el salón son comunes y más ahora, con el tema del Covid. El piso es interior, al menos las zonas comunes y la habitación número 4.

Positive: Si buscáis sólo precio, adelante. Si no, no merece la pena. Negative: -Proceso de reserva muy difícil (recibí entre 8-12 correos), depósito con cobro por hacerlo con tarjeta, mala limpieza, olor y humedad, entrada del edificio que no tiene nada que ver con las fotos de la habitación (deberían poner también fotos de la entrada para evitar sustos innecesarios) - Alejado de todo. Zona regular, aunque fácil aparcamiento. - Sábanas y toallas manchadas (pelos, manchas que no salían…). Nos ofrecieron otras pero la sensación inicial fue malísima. - Muchísimo ruido para descansar. - La dueña de la casa no sabía ni que íbamos. - Empresa encargada de gestionar no recomendada.

Positive: The apartment is modernly decorated and the WiFi worked well and there was never a problem to find a parking space which is difficult in las palmas usually. Negative: There was no hot water during my stay. Everything looks nice until you touch it. The wash hand basin was not connected properly, the drawer in the bedside locker wasn't built properly. The boiler see pic below is on its last legs. The keyless check in system didn't work as I didn't receive the code to my room only the code to the front door of the house and the apartment. I managed to get it from the cleaning lady as I spoke Spanish. Is great having keyless entry but would be nice to have a key after as is a little bit of a pain having to remember three codes particularly if you wanted to go out at night and leave your phone behind or if your battery died and you didn't remember to write the codes down. The area is a little run down but is fine, there was glass on the road outside so I didn't feel completely comfortable leaving the car there but in the end there weren't any incidents. When there was a problem like the water you were told by the agency to find Teresa the old lady who owns the building and had to pass the signs telling you that you weren't allowed into this part of the house rather than be given a phone number where you could communicate in a more considered way.

Fue muy desagradable porque notaba la humedad en el cuerpo. La habitación era totalmente interior Las paredes eran papel escuchabas la conversación del vecino de al lado. La cocina no era cómoda. La reserva fue realmente complicada, lo derivan a un call center que no funciona bien El agua caliente era de bombona de butano. Se acabó y no te enteras que no hay agua. Por suerte fue la dueña a limpiar uno de los cuartos y se lo comuniqué, de lo contrario no habría agua para ducharse.

Está bien pero el baño estaba en malas condiciones, se salía el agua del baño, la mampara de la ducha estaba rota y el lavamanos estaba suelto. Todo limpio, no se podía fumar pero aun así olía a tabaco por todo el edificio. La cocina bien equipada y la televisión con todas las apps. Para una estancia corta está bien pero no para unas vacaciones largas.

Terrible, don't go there
The place is in a terrible location, it looks like a housing estate. I arrived with my boyfriend around 8pm and we were afraid of being robbed, it seemed really dodgy. It's too far from the center, way up a big hill, with nothing in the area to have a coffee, for dinner, nothing. Carretera de Mata, 58, given to me as I made the reservation, is a one-story house. As the booking said 5th floor we assumed it could only be a scam. In the reservation there was a phone number from a different address, as it was January 1st, I assumed no one would answer me. We had to reschedule another place to stay. Of course I was charge for the original flat.

La verdad que la estancia estaba súper bien aparte que salía económico para esas parejas o familia que no pueden permitirse cosas tan caras fuera de su economía aparte el sitio súper tranquilo y cómodo muy atentos con los clientes todo bien organizado limpio y ordenado la cosa que no nos gusto mucho pero para no molestar por la hora que era fue que al ducharnos movimos lo del agua caliente como allí explicaba pero no salía para nada en ningún momento esa agua caliente pues nos tuvimos que bañar con agua súper fría que estaba el tiempo fatal de frío y lluvia y la otra cosa fue lo del WiFi que lo conectabamos pero no se conectaba nada nos salía WiFi deshabilitado por lo demás todo perfectamente bien lo pasamos bien en todo lo demás gracias un saludo.
