Overall the stay was okay. Other people staying in the other rooms were messy, but Sleepaway did an incredible job with how tidy our room we reserved was! It was a great place to stay while visiting the island. This location specifically is up on the hill, away from the heart of the city, which is walkable but not an easy walk. Otherwise it was a fairly good stay.

La estancia fue muy buena , al principio nos costó para entrar pero nos pusimos en contacto con la encargada de la estancia y super rápido todo . Todo muy limpio y el sitio super tranquilo . Me volveré a quedarme en el futuro me encantó

tmavý, studený, zatuchnutý byt. Izba je asi polovica z inzerovaných 25 m2, odtok v kúpeľni neodteká a je večne plná vody. internet neustále haproval, musíte si nainštalovať aplikaciu na odomknutie vchodu a dverí ale tá funguje len obcas. Kuchyňa zdieľaná ale na mieste sme zistili že je zdieľaná aj s vedľajším bytom. V kuchyni práčka kde každý deň chodili upratovači prat niekoľko cyklov prania z ostatných bytov v budove a správca bytu chodil len tak hocikedy dnu. Na prespanie 1-2 noci asi fajn, inak neodporúčam a rozhodne nie vhodné pre dlhodobé pobyty.

Positive: For the price I paid it was brilliant, location was outside of the city city centre but bus stop was close and taxi was really cheap (around 6 euros from the city). There was a good sized fridge in the room and Spar(Store) was only 3-5 mins walk away. Also communication in English was ok, fast and polite responses. Got also my deposit fully back so trustworthy experience overall. Negative: No comment

Comfy private room, great value for money
Highly recommended for those who want a comfy private room with fridge and desk. Tge kitchen and shower were great as well. Very responsive professional host and at the same time you have all the privacy as it is managed professionally and you don't need to meet the host.

Great value for money. Spacious room with fridge, desk, TV, closet and good shared kitchen and bathroom. The check-in instruction was too lengthy and I personally couldn't use the App but others didn't have a problem. Highly recommended. I'll be back

Habitación y baño sucio, bastante desagradable el lugar. En las fotos se ve todo mejor a como es en realidad. La cama parece doble en la foto pero en realidad son dos individuales con un cubrecama que parece una única cama. El barrio es feo y sucio, no parece seguro por la noche, aunque caminando se llega al centro en 10 minutos. Bastante tediosa la comunicación con la empresa que gestiona el Airbnb. Te obligan a hacer check-in fuera de Airbnb, y a instalar una app para abrir las puertas que no se entiende ni funciona correctamente , con la pérdida de tiempo que todo supone. No lo recomiendo, buscan su propio beneficio pero no el del huésped.

Positive: nothing Negative: Rooms smell very smoky, owners allow smoking in the rooms, if you like another room they want to charge another 15€ for cleaning, forced additional pament before you are even allowed to enter the building (if you deny to pay to an unknown address with british,german, and spanisch telefonnumber your reservation is gone without compensation), rude owners yelling at you to shut up and ask you to leave the room (of course you still have to pay for the room), keep valuables out of your room because the owners will get into your room anytime without asking you, Booking.com monitors this property already so report to them if you want to protect other travelers.

Positive: Le calme du lieu et des autres hôtes très respectueux car on doit se partager une salle de bain avec les WC pour 3 chambres. Negative: 1 Malgré le fait que nous ayons payé notre séjour auprès de Booking, on nous demande de payer une caution de 100€ qui doit nous être remboursée après restitution de la chambre et nous n'avons vu revenir que 98,35€ sans explication. 2 Il n'y a personne sur place et tout fonctionne avec 3 codes, la porte de l'immeuble, de l'appartement et de la chambre et si vous n'avez pas payé la caution à distance, on ne vous donne pas les codes et vous restez dehors. Et je n'imagine même pas ce qui se passe en cas de panne de courant. 3 Nous n'arrivions pas à nous inscrire sur leur site qui ne fonctionnait pas et du coup ils ne voulaient pas nous donner les codes pour rentrer. Nous sommes donc rester plus d'une heure dehors en attendant que quelqu'un nous règle ce problème. 4 Sur la gauche du lit il y a une lampe de chevet mais pas de prise pour la brancher !? 5 Sur la droite du lit le carrelage est tellement bien fait qu'on se demande si on va passer à travers. 6 Et pour finir, la douche évacue très mal ce qui fait que vous avez les pieds et la moitié de la salle de bain qui trempent dans l'eau. Au final on passe plus de temps à éponger la salle de bain qu'à se laver.

En genera,l mejor de lo que esperábamos, así que bien! Nos trajimos nuestras propias almohadas pero no estaban mal las del apartamento.

Positive: Simple , cheap. Shared kitchen , bathroom. Negative: Communication was very poor. I didn't want to make an online deposite as it seemed sketchy. So I paid the guy in cash. As we negotiated ( took about an hour to get in) , the main doors to our room, didn't work , so we should let them keep open all the time. The second time when we wanted to get into our own bedroom , code didn't work as well. So we called literally everyone we could, but nobody helped. The old lady working there helped us and showed us the other code working. She saved us a dozen of times. I would give a 10 to her, but to the whole place a 2.

Buena localización y comunicación con autopistas
El apartamento está muy bien situado si quieres visitar el resto de la isla. Está muy cerca del centro, a unos minutos de Vegueta. Es muy limpio y acogedor. Las habitaciones están muy bien! Nos sorprendieron gratamente la nevera y la smart TV.
