In the first night contacted the owner as hot wotar was not available in the flat. Received some technical instructions
Positive: Honestly, the pictures only! Negative: Firstly- no parking anywhere even if advertised with parking. No soundproof windows could hear people on the street talking. No hot water first night, couldn’t have a shower, this lead to book another accommodation for the rest of the stay and the owner didn’t refund a penny. I have videos but unfortunately can’t be uploaded. DO NOT BOOK!

Die Küche war leider gar nicht ausgestattet, es hatte kein Öl, kein Salz und Pfeffer. Zu einer Aibnb-Wohnung mit Küche finde ich gehört das dazu sowie auch etwas Kaffee und/oder Tee. Wir hatten am Anfang kein heisses Wasser, die Kommunikation um dieses Problem zu lösen war erschwert weil die Person nicht gut englisch sprach. Wir konnten das Problem dann aber lösen und sie haben immer sofort geantwortet. Es waren für 7 Tage nur je ein Hand- und Körpertuch vorhanden. Ich finde bei einem Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen solllte man mind. 2 Sets an Tücher zur Verfügung stellen. Das Bett ist eher zu klein für 2 Personen und auch gar nicht stabil. Die Lage des Airbnb's war perfekt, man sieht den Strand und ist sofort bei den Cafe's und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist süss und gut geeignet für ein Paar oder Leute die viel unterwegs sind.

Positive: El estudio muy bonito, acogedor, completo, está muy completo, vajilla, microondas, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, botiquin por accidentes, productos y accesorios de limpieza, etc... Su localización es perfecta justo en la playa de las canteras, con vistas. Rodeado de restaurantes, farmacia, bares de copas, supermercado, ... muy recomendable Negative: Quizás un poco el ruido de los bares, pero que no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento y lo servicial que han sido en todo momento.

Ha sido una estancia muy mala a parte que se escucha todos los ruidos de la calle por no tener bien selladas las ventanas, hemos tenido una experiencia fatal uno de los vecinos con golpes discutiendo gritando con su pareja, pegando puñetazos toda la noche a punto de llamar a la policia, mi hija de 10 años lo paso muy mal de lo asustada que estaba. La ubicacion es buena y el apartamento bien para dos noches.

Nice little clean apartment very close to the beach. Only a few remarks: -Sound insulation is not the best, the lively street below and neighbours can be heard. -The boiler is not the biggest and runs out of warm water during a somewhat longer hot shower. These remarks are manageable however and all in all it's definitely worth the price we paid.

Positive: Nice apartment but our stay was spoilt by noise from builders in the next appointment. There was also a lot of street noise from cafes and people below due to inadequate soundproofing. We booked 2 single beds but had one small double which was not comfortable for us.. Negative: No comment

Excellent location sea visible when you look out of the window to the right. Located on a pedestrian street with private entrance, surrounded by restaurants and bars, one minute from beach. Very modern studio flat, we would highly recommend
