Nice location, new apartement. The terrace is super nice (but windy) and we had the chance to park the car inside the parking. Some basic stuff was missing, like salt, pepper, oil, coffee for a short stay.

We had a nice stay
It would be nice if you leave some „basics“ of food in the apapartement, like salt, pepper, coffee, oil and so on. So you don‘t have to buy everything for a short stay. However, the apartement is very nice, clean and has a great terrace. Thank you!

Der Blick von der Terrasse und dem Pool aus ist fantastisch. Es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten den Pool oft für uns alleine. Die Wohnung war für 4 Erwachsene etwas zu klein. Für 2 Personen sicher perfekt.

Das Apartment ist ganz neu, modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr gut gelegen fußläufig zum strand und nach Agaete und generell ist Agaete ein super spot wenn man weg vom Massentourismus Urlaub machen möchte. Wichtig zu wissen ist das der Checkin über eine App funktioniert und alle Infos nur da drin stehen und nicht per Mail versendet werden.

La ubicación es privilegiada. Todo fue genial. Echamos en falta luz para disfrutar de la maravillosa terraza al anochecer y tendero para colgar la ropa ya que viajábamos con niños y limpiar ropa suele ser algo imprescindible.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay!
Positive: Cozy flat with a fantastic terrace in a modern residential area that includes an infinite pool. A reserved underground parking spot is included as well. The view from the flat is just breathtaking. Negative: When checking in, there's no way to get inside the residential area unless someone opens the door for you from the inside. Same for checkout - you have to wait for someone else to let you out.

Tolles Apartment in Agaete
Das Apartment ist ein absoluter Traum. Es ist super gelegen, toll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man muss aber beachten dass der Checkin über eine App funktioniert und alle Infos nur dort zu finden sind. Das wird nicht per Email geteilt und ist etwas unpraktisch. Sonst ist aber alles top!

Auf den ersten Blick traumhaft
Anlage mit großem Pool und riesiger Terasse! Die moderne Wohnung bot genügend Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Unser Highlight war die geräumige Terasse mit Liegen, Sitzsäcken und großem Schirm, auf welcher man traumhafte Abende mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer genießen kann. Der große Pool war etwas kalt, doch ausreichend für eine kurze Erfrischung. Das Meer ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Allerdings ist der Strand steinig, weshalb wir die einstündige Fahrt zum Maspalomas Beach empfehlen. Der check-in gestaltete sich kompliziert, da wir keine Wohnungsnummer mitgeteilt bekamen. Vor unserem Besuch hatte der Gastgeber Handtücher und Bettwäsche Teilweise noch gar nicht gewaschen, Mikrowelle, Spühlmaschine und Waschmaschine nicht angeschlossen und keinen WLan Router installiert. Nach mehreren Berschwerden kam der Hausmeister am 3. Urlaubstag, um einen Router zu installieren.
