Positive: Nos encantaron las vistas, la amplitud y sobre todo, que admitieran mascotas. Súper facil aparcar alrededor, muy bien comunicado con la autopista y nos hizo un tiempo muy bueno. Repetiremos seguro. Negative: Por poner una pega, la cama un pelín incómoda.

Wir haben beide Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Minderwertiges Mobiliar, schlechte Küchenausstattung Eincheckverfahren über App kompliziert Die perfekte Gelddruckmaschine, wenn man genug Blinde hat die positive Kommentare posten. Die negativen sieht man leider erst wenn man sich ALLE Kommentare anzeigen lässt. Da habe ich wieder etwas dazu gelernt. Übrigens kann Mencey Iberostar in Santa Cruz empfehlen - wir haben uns in der Woche den Daypass gegönnt. Hätten wir gleich die komplette buchen sollen. Ich werde nie wieder ein Apartment über Booking.com buchen

Està muy bien comunicado y se aparca con facilidad. Las vistas son muy bonitas pero las ventanas no cierran del todo bien y se escucha el ruido de la autopista. La cama es poco cómoda y hace ruido. El apartamento está un poco deteriorado y hace falta una limpieza en profundidad ya que hay zonas que están sucias o descuidadas.

El apartamento está muy bien, y la comunicación con el propietario es fantástica, se preocupan de ti antes de tu llegada y durante la estancia. Las vistas son preciosas, y es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia confortable. Señalar que es un tercero sin ascensor, pero las escaleras son cómodas. Deberían cuidar un poco la limpieza y poner unas toallas menos viejas.

Przyjemne mieszkanko z przepięknym widokiem na całą krainę
Positive: Przepiękny widok z góry na całą krainę, coś cudownego; codziennie rano wstajesz i widzisz przepiękny widok , wieczorem pięknie oświetlone, aż nie chcesz iść spać bo chcesz patrzeć ciągle na ten cudowny spektakl :) Mieszkanie ładne. Łązienka czysta, schludna. Parking jest publiczny przy domu ale jest to koniec ulicy więc parkują tam tylko nieliczni mieszkańcy. Szybki kontakt z firmą wynajmującą, klucze zostawione w skrzynce na kod, Internet działa szybko . Blisko na wyjazd do autostrady więc szybko dostaniesz się w każdym kierunku. Stolica bliziutko. Tabaiba malutkie ale urocze miasteczko. Negative: Mieliśmy problem z pralką i zatkanym zlewem w kuchni ale po zgłoszeniu tego, przyjechał pan który naprawił . Pan bardzo miły i pomocny. Mieszkanie jest usytuowane blisko autostrady więc przy otwartych oknach jest hałas podczas spania.

Positive: Las vistas y poco más. Negative: Limpieza regular, un cubo de fregona con agua dentro, utensilios de cocina no muy limpios. La cama mala, somier pobre que hacía mucho ruido, colchón regulero. Mueble de la tele que se cae, ventanas que no cierran del todo... Nos timbraron 2 veces en el portal a las 12 de la noche, me imagino que para abrir al portal ya que si timbras al piso se abre automático. Estaría bien que por lo menos te recibiera alguien.

¡¡Todo genial!!
El apartamento tiene unas vistas increíbles hacia el mar y Candelaria. Recomendamos comer en los comercios cercanos, las pizzas de La Focacha estaban muy buenas y la compra la hicimos en la venta de loterías. Sólo debes tener en cuenta que si tienes movilidad reducida, está en un tercero sin ascensor. Salvo ese pequeño detalle, todo transcurrió muy bien.

Positive: Aussicht Negative: Bettzeug dreckig (Blut, Haare), Unterkunft extrem laut (Fenster nicht richtig schließbar), obwohl beim online Check in (der 20Minuten dauert) am Ende stand dass alles richtig ausgefüllt wurde, hatte die Dame beim checkin (wir vermuten call center - sie kannte die Unterkunft nur von einem Zettel) keinen vorliegen. Mussten ihn also Nacht auf der Straße vor der Unterkunft nochmal machen, weil sie uns sonst nicht rein ließ. Haben es gemacht (habe dieses Mal einen Screenshot gemacht, dass alles korrekt gemacht wurde) und dann sagte sie wieder es liegt ihr nichts vor… also eine Stunde vor der Unterkunft gestanden und dann ist die Unterkunft so enttäuschend… mussten sogar auf die Couch umziehen, weil das Bett nicht nutzbar war.

Haben erst die falsche Adresse angezeigt bekommen, dabei konnte uns die Dame am Telefon (vermutlich ein Call-Center) auch erstmal nicht weiterhelfen. Dann wollten sie erneut einen langwierigeren Online Check-In von mir, während ich nachts vor der Unterkunft stand (den hatte ich am Tag davor schon abgeschlossen) und nachdem ich das gemacht hatte (habe sicherheitshalber einen Screenshot von der „It has been done correctly“ Seite nach dem Check-In gemacht) sagte die Frau am Telefon mir ich habe es anscheinend wieder nicht korrekt gemacht, es liegt ihr nicht vor… Ende vom Lied, viel Zeit verloren, eine Stunde vor der Unterkunft gestanden, ohne reinzukommen und dann war das Bett auch noch so unbequem und wackelig, dass man auf der Couch schlafen musste. Zudem lassen sich die Fenster nicht richtig schließen, weshalb man jedes vorbeifahrende Auto auch mitbekommen. Kann jedem nur von dieser Unterkunft abraten.

Potential for 10/10, but many things must be fixed.
Positive: It's a good sized apartment with outstanding view from closed balcony. The town is not a big, but addorable and there is a small natural pool down there. It's just 10-15 minutes by car to Maritimo Pools in Santa Cruz, which I can really reccommend if you need a pool. The entry fee is for 5€/day. Negative: I didn't like check-in process, as you have to do it yourself and they ask you to send both sides of your ID/Passport! Imo it's ridiculous and very unsecure. There is a coffee machine (de longhi), but they don't give you capsules, so you better buy them if you need a coffee in the morning like we do. (I was really pissed off and eventually they brought me 4 capsules for my 2-day stay, but as they said it's not a standard) A bottle of cold water would be appreciated as all of this is a standard in other apartments. There is no kettle in the kitchen. Terrible bed which is very noisy and it's moving very easily. A matterace is comfortable, so we used it without a bed and it worked great. Pillows should be replaced or added new ones. RTV shelf is broken, so yes, most of complaints in reviews are correct. The only thing I disagree is a noise of a road. You can hear it, but it's not disturbing.

Très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique sur l’Ocean. L’endroit est propre et il y a globalement tout de nécessaire dans l’appartement. Fenêtres ouvertes ou fermées : c’est pareil. Le simple vitrage laisse passer les bruits constants de l’autoroute et du vent : pas dérangeant quand faibles. En revanche, lorsqu’il y a beaucoup de vent, le fait d’être à l’étage fait que l’on est sujet à la moindre bourrasque. La première nuit a été quasi impossible à vivre du fait que le vent faisait trembler les fenêtres et que la nuisance sonore était pas loin de l’insupportable. Les autres nuits étaient correctes car moins de vent. Le matelas n’est pas du tout confortable. C’est un matelas de lit clic clac pas de très bonne facture. Tous ces éléments sont vraiment pour être difficiles et tatillons. Néanmoins, cet Airbnb est vraiment cosy. Il est facile de s’y garer, la Tabaiba est un coin très sympathique où l’on peut s’y rendre facilement à pied. Nous recommandons car le séjour a été agréable.

First off, the view was spectacular and as advertised in the photos- so go for this apartment if you value this. However, the many less visible inconveniences were quite annoying and would put me off from re-booking this place. The washer (though not advertised) was broken, the drain was very easily blocked, the kitchen is very badly supplied (in equipment, cutlery, sponges, and condiments), the floor was sticky (hopefully with washing liquid and nothing else), the bed in the master bedroom is quite unstable, and lastly, there is little to no separation between the rooms, with no doors but instead blinds, which tend to let in quite a lot of light and sound in the mornings. If you are still prepared to put up with these inconveniences, the views are stunning and the rest of the apartment is quite modern. Overall, mixed feelings.

Hemos tenido una buena estancia. El piso está bien ubicado y tiene unas vistas increíbles; aunque no hay muchos servicios, restaurantes y cosas que hacer alrededor de Tabaiba. El personal fue muy amable y se comunicó de forma muy cercana con nosotros. La única pega es que la cama es algo incomoda, hace ruido cada vez que te mueves y las almohadas son muy bajitas.

Faltan algunos servicios que ofrece (el café de las fotos no te lo ofrecen), la luz del balcón interior no funciona, faltan utensilios de cocina y las luces son muy frías y molestan. Te exigen formularios, mucha documentación previa y en el momento que llegas, no te solucionan mucho. No repetiríamos.

Alles in allem war es sauber, jedoch lagen vereinzelt Haare im Bad und im Schlafzimmer. Das Appartement hat einen super schönen Blick über die Küste, allerdings liegt es auch direkt an der Autobahn und man hört diese Tag und Nacht!

To get the code to the apartment you have to send them photos of your ID and your selfie through the internet. You have to send your personal data such as your ID through the special form on the internet! It is so dangerous and I am scared that my personal data may leak. Now I have to get a new ID after this trip. You also have to send them 100 euro through paypal/bizum as a deposit! I was so stressed that they may not give it back. It is really hard to find a parking spot near the apartment. One day we had to park 20 min away on foot from the apartment! We found a shit near our apartment one day. It was disgusting. Kitchen supplies are damaged for example frying pan. The view is amazing, but it is definitely not worth all this stress.

Positive: Lo mejor del apartamento son las vistas. Además tiene Netflix. Negative: La cama era muy incómoda. Tuvimos que poner el colchón en el suelo porque la estructura de la cama hacía muchísimo ruido y se movía. Lo peor es que ya habían comentarios anteriores sobre la cama y no han solucionado ese problema. Además, el menaje de cocina es muy escaso, apenas hay utensilios para cocinar y algunos calderos estaban muy estropeados. Pasamos mucho calor la primera noche y los ventanales hacían mucho ruido con el viento. Tuvimos que dormir con tapones. La autopista está muy cerca y se oye el tráfico.

Unstable bed, makes noises and creaks. The kitchen extractor does not work, the remote is out of batteries and the washing machine door is loose. The fork bends, it had only 3 cups and no cooking knives. Towels smell damp, poorly dried. Very expensive for what it is. It is not worth € 120 per night, it can be worth up to € 70 max. At 23.41 we were called from the property by a very disrespectful gentleman and he told us that I can make an exception and send the access code, but we have to send 100 euros by bizum or paypal the guarantee for the apartment. Specifically, the phone number he was calling from was not specified on the booking. I said that I agree with the 100 euro guarantee but I want booking.com to stop it because they already have my bank details. of course he only wanted by bizum or paypal. so after two days spent in the hospital with our child, we had to sleep in the car, but we paid the rent for the apartment. I notified everything to the customer service from the booking and I hope that the situation will be resolved, so that other customers will not suffer what we have suffered.

Mi experiencia ha sido mala en referencia a la reserva si es verdad que pides reserva y cuando llegas al destino está efectuada pero mi valoración es referente a las imágenes y reseñas no es todo lo que se ve en la pág vale más la pena ir en persona ver el lugar si hay aparcamientos si los apartamentos o bungalows están en condiciones si el wifi va bien si se respetan las normas de los complejos turísticos etc..

El apartamento no es nada como se ve en las fotos,olía a gato “insoportable” muchas cucarachas,una cosa asquerosa y si tienes algún problema jamás podrás solucionarlo porque por mucho que llames al chico que se encarga en darte las llaves jamás te hace caso y eso que vive al lado...el apartamento es un desastre para la cantidad de dinero que te cobran,más nunca.
