Great Value for money
If you want a private room close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood, with access to good shared kitchen and bathroom with good price, this a good choice, especially if you have a car like me. It's 10min drive from Las Canteras beach but walking distance from city center. There are supermakets close by as well. My room had a fridge which was a great convenience. I had only two complaints, first their Nuki system for check in takes time and didn't work for me this year and last year, and I was given a key instead. Second I had chosen a different room according to the photos, but there was no way to prove it as the photos were not seen in the booking confirmation. I am positive about the room I chose because I had stayed in my favorite one the first time I stayed here. However I am a picky individual who care about details and quality. The room given to me was great in every aspect except that it didn't have exterior windows like my favorite one. Overal, 100% recommended. I will be back for sure. One last suggestion is that the guest will be able to bring a guest at least for few hours if not over night. People come here on holiday and may want to have a little adventure meeting new people. However I understand the concern about safety.

Все достаточно хорошо, но есть но..
По фотографиям не понятно, но в жилье совместная кухня,если кто-то собирается рано куда-либо, то слышно все, что происходит за дверью. Будьте к этому готовы или берите беруши, если собираетесь спать подольше :) совместный туалет и душ и он не раздельный, что добавляет неудобство. Окна выходят в «колодец» окна напротив окон :) не критично. В целом хорошее жилье. Есть все необходимое для готовки и даже стиральная машина. Так, что если вас не смущают все те вещи, которые я описал, можно смело ехать :) и отдельная рекомендация хозяину- подпишите ключи от дверей 🙈😅

Les points positifs : L’appartement est situé à 20 minutes à pied de l’ancienne ville. Il est refait à neuf et le prix est intéressant. Les points négatifs : Il n’y a qu’une toute petite fenêtre dans la chambre n*3 et qui donne sur une cour non accessible. On manque d’air assez rapidement (+ odeur de cuisine dans la cour). Le système Nuki pour rentrer dans l’appartement n’était pas fonctionnel (impossible de se connecter au lien envoyé) et par conséquent l’arrivée et la communication fut complexe.

When we made the réservation, it was said no need to pay. And then, a few hours later we had to pay for the location AND a caution of 100€ (we are still waiting for this amount back)

Never again.
The apartment was noisy and small. The Nuki device didn't work as expected. Neighbors were until 3 on the morning screaming. There are several apartments and they are not isolated. The shower had no hot water. They didn't fix it. It is located in a low quality area. Price for service was too high. I hope you reconsider how to handle your business and clients.

100 eur deposit is a SCAM
I was given a wrong room - not what I have booked, 8sq m instead of 20 sq m and without window. They are not communicating at all, and threatening me to keep deposit until I take all requests out from booking and Paypal. Be very very cautious!

Bueno, puse 3 estrellas porque la verdad que el sitio no está mal. La limpieza es perfecta y la respuesta rápida de las encargadas también está bastante bien. El punto para mi fue la zona. Busque el apartamento por Google maps y me ponia otra zona completamente distinta, que realmente por eso lo cogí. Después las fotos son muy buenas, viendo las fotos no te imaginas que la cocina está pegada a tu cuarto y que vas a escuchar todo... Las puertas van duras y escuchas portazos bastante seguido... Y pues al compartir el inmueble con familias, pues eso, no es lo más silencioso del mundo. Si duermes profundo, buscas algo barato, no te importa en que zona y en buenas condiciones recomendable.

Muy buen lugar donde estar. El apartamento tiene todo lo indicado. La señora que te atiende es muy simpática. La habitación o dormitorio está muy bien.

Los colchones pésimos tuve que poner dos porque me clavaba las tablas, ruidos y olores del patio interior, al igual que el frigo del dormitorio.

La casa esta muy bien. Todo limpio, la señora Teresa muy maja. Buena localizacion. No usamos la cocina pero estaba equipada. Frigorifico en la habitacion. Baño con ducha.
