Upon arrival, we had to wait for the neighbors to open the entrance to the building because the link for the door was not working. The host insisted it was functional, but the issue occurred several more times during our stay. For the first two days, we had no hot water and no hair dryer, even though the listing stated otherwise. On the first day, we were also surprised to discover that we couldn’t lock the door to our room, though this was eventually resolved. While the accommodation was clean, modern, and well-maintained, the lack of support and understanding from the host made our experience less enjoyable. Ultimately, Airbnb refunded us half of the amount paid.

Equipo no disponible cuando surge un problema
Tuvimos un problema continuado varios huéspedes con unas clientas de muy difícil convivencia, que no nos dejaban ni descansar ninguna noche y ensuciaban deriberadamente algunas zonas comunes como el baño, y el equipo de esta plataforma sólo habló con ellas, cuando nos tuvimos que ir anticipadamente de este establecimiento sin ningún tipo de compensación, después de habernos escrito en diversas ocasiones incluso de muy mala manera que no era su responsabilidad actuar como debían haberlo hecho desde un primer momento.
