  3. CHECK IN PROBLEMS AND FIRE SAFETY CONCERNS

    Apartment is very hi-tech using smart locks with no physical key, had no idea how that worked so took me over an hour to get inside. Fortunately I met a young Italian couple who were current occupants just leaving the building and they let me inside and showed how to set up my phone to access the smart lock. The owners are a company so not present and contacting them on Airbnb app gave unclear instructions, also nobody on the contact phone number spoke any english, only spanish. There are 4 rooms, everything else is shared which is absolutely fine. Very modern and hi-tec oven hob and microwave but no instructions on how to use any of them so trial and error is used. Finally, the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 9 storey block and there were zero instructions on what to do in the event of a fire, there is a fire extinguisher in the apartment though. But in the 5 days I stayed I never saw any direction signs anywhere or found a fire escape at all,I don't think there is one !!!

  5. Lo peor que he reservado

    En los 11 dias que estuve, limpiaron las zonas comunes 1 vez. La cocina sucia siempre, los inquilinos roban tu comida. El baño daba asco. Todos los huespedes que llegaban no podian acceder al hotel por es horrible sistema de llaves mediante la app. No vuelvo.
